The techs arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and quickly determined the problem and fixed it. It was so nice to get quick and reliable service. After satisfactorily working with Fritz Baumann & Sons to repair some wobbly toilets, I requested an estimate for a new hot water heater. The price was fair for the unit and the labor, and I scheduled them to come out and do the install the following week. Two days later the existing hot water heater died ahead of schedule and Fritz Baumann was able to speed up their timeline and get the new unit in the very same day--unfortunately, the building elevator was out of service and the FB team spent the next two days checking in with me on the phone to know if it had been fixe, and the moment it was, they came over and did the job. I was impressed by their responsiveness and their willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend this crew.

I thought I left this review before but don’t see it. I paid $950 to have a hot water tank installed and a couple days later discovered my AC wasn’t working because the plumber had literally moved my furnace resulting in all the ducts coming loose. I then had to pay someone $350 to fix my furnace ducts. I called Drainmaster immediately and was told space too tight for installer so he had to move furnace although this is at least 3rd time I’ve replaced tank with no previous issues. I asked that they refund at least the $359extra that they cost me and was told they would present to office and get back to me. It’s been almost a year and I never got a call back. Will never use again and don’t recommend anyone else use then either….would rate 0 if I could

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

I have a friend who was in need of a new water heater, but was going through some financial strain. I called Mike at Accurate Plumbing to see if he and his crew could give me a quote on a water heater so that I could help them out.
He sent someone out promptly to the house and was able to not only quote them a new water heater, but he found a larger, more efficient water heater, and did not try to oversell on a more expensive or tankless one. Accurate Plumbing had the best price out of three companies I contacted. The team installed the water heater the next day, and my friend was very pleased with the work. Mike also helped with the cost of the water heater, which was so kind and generous.
Even though I did not personally use this company, as this was for a friend, I will definitely use Accurate Plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs I have at my home.
