Steve Baumann returned my initial Saturday phone call the same day and, after asking the relevant questions, arranged an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The crew (Jacob and Steve's son Brett) arrived as expected with everything they needed to complete the job. They were professional, competent, and polite. They took time to explain everything to me and clearly cared about the quality or their work and my experience. I was very pleased.

Muetzel Plumbing is very professional and reliable. It is a great feeling to know that whenever we need them we can be assured they will take care of our plumbing needs and when they are needed in an emergency, it doesn't cost a fortune for immediate response.

Called Mr Rooter because our drains were clogged and backing up. Josh from Mr. Rooter came out and barely looked at anything before telling me he needed a special type of machine to break through the clog. He said it was some type of a high pressure water hose that would keep them from damaging our lines and it would cost $695.00!!! He said a regular snake would mess up the lines. The next morning, Josh comes back to clear the drain, he starts working on it with a smaller snake while waiting for the crew to come with the high pressure water tool. Josh made sure to take me outside and show me a very large drain snake and explain why he couldn’t use the big one and why we needed the high pressure water tool. The crew with the high pressure tool came along with the sales manager, Jimmy ??? My drive way is now filled with 3-4 Mr. Rooter vehicles and several plumbers now. Josh was working on this for HOURS. He showed me lots of tree roots he removed with the small snake, not the high pressure thing. I had to leave as they continued to work and came back to Jimmy showing me an indistinguishable video stating our lines were “nonexistent” and had “rotted away completely”, all of our sewage was going straight into the ground and would cause major issues if not fixed immediately. He wanted to tear up my sidewalk outside (which they would not repair) and basement floor. Also, the water line would more than likely need replaced because he guaranteed after the job it would leak so that was added to the bill as well. If they accidentally hit the gas line or anything else they would not be responsible for repairs or costs. This work needed done “immediately”, according to Jim. The bill? $17,000!!!!! If you can’t afford that don’t worry because they will let you apply for a loan on the spot. Do not be fooled, they are scammers and should be shut down!! By the way, after the tree roots were removed our plumbing is working just fine and we have never had any other signs (such as smell or water waste) of sewage leaking. A couple of days later I noticed that our basement window where they shoved their high pressure machine through now has a large crack in it. This window was recently replaced, which I have a receipt for. I contacted Mr. Rooter about this issue through email and they have never responded to me. Yet, it was very easy for them to send me an email of the $17,000 bill for the work that they wanted to complete.

A friend recommended me to use The Service People to inspect my condo for leaks. The condo association was trying to charge me $400 for the water bill that was combined and divided between 4 units in the building. I thought there was no way possible for me to use that much water being to only person in my unit, doing 2-3 loads of laundry per week, I ran the dishwasher 2-3 times per week and took very short showers.

He found zero leaks in my unit, I submitted the inspection report and they reduced my bill in half. Still too much but it helped convince the condo association to get individual meters.

Great service and very reasonable price. I called them back 2 more times. Once for a toilet replacement and then a garbage disposal replacement.

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

I am beyond pleased with the service I received from Jesse of Plumbing One. I had a leaky custom faucet, which I didn't realize was custom, and had a frustrating time trying to buy a replacement. Jesse told me EXACTLY what I needed and was patient with me during this process--and wasted service call. Not only do I have a nice, new faucet, he told me what to buy when I thought I needed to replace 3 bathroom faucets due to the mineral build-up from the water where I live (Blacklick, Oh). All I needed to stop the water from spraying all over were faucet aerator inserts. He could have easily had me buy faucets I didn't need. He also identified a knocking sound in my water pipes, which I have had tested by my Township, at Jesse's suggestion. I need a water pressure reducing valve which I have learned, due to change in the water system prior to our moving here, is covered by the Township. I would have NEVER known where to begin with a situation such as this; let alone determine what it was causing it. I'll be calling Plumbing One and requesting for Jesse AGAIN. Great customer service and they don't try to rip you off! It's nice to know there are still businesses like this!

On time, very nice and professional. Fair pricing

Everything started off great per usual. Then there were three straight days with no call, no show, call the office and get an excuse as to why the technician couldn’t be out that day. We had a large scope of work which included roughing in plumbing. They placed the shower faucet on the wrong wall which I had to ask to be corrected mid-job. The toilet flange is 9.5” from the wall. If you can find me a toilet that will fit, I’ll consider taking this review down. We eventually got sick of getting the run around and stopped working with them. They became very responsive when it came time to collect payment to which they were asking for the full contracted amount. They did maybe half of the work that was originally agreed upon. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Great quality work, affordable, and trust worthy. Will 100% use them again for anything plumbing related.
