I originally rated them 2 stars due to poor management, but the owner stepped in to fix a difference in quote over phone and quote from plumber. Owner was in the hospital, hence he could not return my call... but the manager ignored my calls. I'm changing my review to 5 stars because of the professionalism from the owner, Mr. Mathews. Still 2 stars to the manager.

Beware ... I cannot recommend them and I want to share my experience with them so it may benefit someone.
Good plumber, but bad management.
1) I called them for kitchen sink blockage
2) I got a quote for $X first hour and go from there.
3) Plumber came and gave me quote for $X + $200, and said the manager told him to give that estimate. A difference of $200 in quote and what I was charged.
4) Manager was not available (went home), so I let them fix the problem. It took less than 1 hour
5) I called the manager next day to get some of the money back (meet somewhere in the middle for the $200 difference), and he admitted he is new to job and made mistake in giving quote over phone.
He offered to give me back $25 trip fee.
6) I requested to talk to the owner, but he never returned my call. I called the manager several times for two days, and nobody returned my calls.
7) I never received any receipt or invoice, showing any kind of guarantees on their work.
My last resort is to leave a bad review so it may benefit someone.
2 Stars overall because plumber did his job. I would give 1 star for bad management.

Tech was a great guy. Explained everything he did and fixed the problem easily.

Plumber very professional and conscientious. Work he did was completed within a reasonable time and he cleaned work areas after. We would be glad to have Dave do further work for us.

Technician (John) was very professional and friendly. Appreciated how he answered my questions and explained things.

Same day service! They were really delayed but still made sure they came to clean my drain.

Don't waste your time scheduling an appointment, they want show up on time or will call at 9:35 p.m. saying they are on the way for a for 4p.m. appointment. Promise to put you on the next morning first appointment and want call or show up ! ! Very unprofessional and don't value customers time and and reviews of their services.

Incredible work on short notice. Technician (John) was very punctual and super nice. Explained everything in detail and no surprises at the end. Will do business with again. ?

The service tech Lavon Haynes was very knowledgeable about my A/C unit with even having advanced knowledge of the type of system he was coming out to work on. I appreciate his due diligence and taking ownership of the service I requested. Will surely be having all of hearing and cooling maintenance preformed by Stevenson service experts in the future.
