I CANNOT say ENOUGH about how AWESOME Fritz Baumann & Sons are! They truly saved the day when my tenant was without heat or hot water - quickly and professionally - on a day I know that every plumber was slammed with emergencies due to the freezing temperatures. Their work is excellent. I TRULY appreciate them and HIGHLY recommend.

Everytime we've had a problem, they have been responsive and have a great job.

called Drain Master out for a stopped up drain. They used a drain cleaning machine and took care of my problem right away. Service tech was very helpful in explaining my situation they also gave me tips on how to prevent this from happening again. I will definitly be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I need to retract this critical review as Plumbing One did this job correctly. It was my own lack of knowledge that was the issue. They sent out on of their techs who reviewed everything with me today.
I was wrong and apologize for this misguided review.
So, with that would recommend this company to do any work requested.

We recently had a water heater installed by Plumbing one as a contractor through Home Depot. After the installation was completed and they had left I noticed that the line leading from our home humidifier no longer had a water control valve on it. I’ve contacted Home Depot’s service about this with no resolution. I should have known better than to go through HD for this. It is such a hassle when there is an issue with the work that was contracted.However, It is ultimately up to Plumbing One to resolve this as they did not complete the job correctly. Be careful using them.

I had them do warranty work almost a year ago and I thought the part was bad. Called to see if it was under warranty and it was not. They called me back explained this and as I was on the phone with the nice lady she says hold please. Gets back on and said owner called verified I had power vent they came out next day cleaned it for me and my hot water tank works again. Thank you.

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.

Very friendly with my kids and dog, and did a great job. I have used another other plumbing service before who although were good, always found more issues and added to the cost. Was very pleased that Gunther Plumbing fixed the issues we had (my child had thrown toys into the toilet) very quickly and are much more reasonably priced for the work.

We have been trying to solve a severe water pressure problem in our primary shower for years. No one could figure it out. Cliff was the third plumber to tackle it. It was tough at first but Cliff persisted and figured it out. It wasn’t easy but now we have full pressure. Worth every penny. Cliff is pleasant, professional and an expert in plumbing and repair. Great service, quick, good communication, fair pricing.

Terrible service.. Called initially and he was able to come to my house the same day which was great and was told he will leave the paper work so I can send to city which I said fine. When I called back later to see if the job was done he said he will send the paperwork next day, which was different from the initial call. When questioning him about it, he became extremely defensive, hostile, and verbally abusive and instead of doing his job, he told me I will rip up the contract and threatening my well being if I ever called back. I was left stunned after he hung up the phone because I never been treated so rudely for asking a question. Please stay away from this guy, Richard...

We hired Amanda to install a drain pipe for our downspout. The pipe ran through a flower bed - they did an outstanding job and carefully put the bed back together when they finished. Very pleased with the results, service, and workmanship!

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

Didn’t even get to use the service I’m a first time home buyer and experiencing a water leak in my basement got some advice it could be sump pump so I call this company. the lady who picked up was rude and unhelpful I explained I didn’t know some of the questions she was asking me and repeated what my issue was I have no idea what sump pump parts mean should look like etc and the women literally said “All you have to do is go down there and see if it’s running “ LIKE WHAT please don’t waste your time if in extreme need because the lady who answer the phone will expect you to be an expert at what’s wrong with your home. If you have the basics of this stuff you may be fine.
