We have used Cliff Fraley for a number of plumbing issues. He has always been extremely prompt about returning my calls and has been very accommodating with our schedules. We have always found him to be personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He also goes into great detail explaining to us what the problem is and how he's gonna fix it. We personally wouldn't even consider having anyone else do any plumbing issues that may come about. Eddie West of West Plumbing and Rooter is excellent in his plumbing expertise and customer service. We had to replace our toilet and he recommended a high quality American Standard Champion 4 toilet, which was on sale at Lowe's. While at our home, he alerted us to a water filter needing changed as well. His work was very thorough and he walked us through everything he did, including the advantages of the product installed. Eddie also made suggestions that were money savers to us, which we took advantage of. He practiced respectful etiquette when speaking with us and was very polite and thorough when explaining his work process. We will definitely use his plumbing services again in the future and highly recommend him!

Richard was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing inspection or repair/replacement of their backflow. His consolation approach was low key, practical and with absolutely no pressure. After consulting with me, he only recommended what was appropriate and necessary. He took the time to do the work right and happily gave me plumbing tips along the way. He also gave me careful instructions on how to properly maintenain the system for winterization, saving me $ in the future from hiring someone to do that for me. As an added bonus, it was just nice to chat with him while he worked. I would have him back anytime again, although I don't expect I'll need him since he did such a good job. Thanks Richard!!

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible customer service and the lady on the phone who called to schedule was completely rude. I was like ummmm how can you be so mean and short with me on our first interaction? TO SCHEDULE!

so she scheduled and told me that they would arrive between 4pm and 6pm and that the technician would call me on their way to my house. Cool!

So 4pm rolls around and I decide to leave work just to beat them to my house. I get a phone call right then that says they are at my house. I explained that I was supposed to get a phone call when they were en route and I would leave work then. He said to me well we are usually very punctual ok? But I was instructed I would get a phone call. ANYWAY! I said I am on my way home I will be there in 20min will that be a problem? And he said no we will wait

Pulled in the driveway exactly 20 minutes later and they were gone.

THANKS CALHOUN! STELLAR SERVICE! and now I get to live with my really bad issue until I can get a better company to come out. I'm not happy right now.
