We have used Drainbusters in the past and they have always done well. During recent issues, we used a bigger company that charged way more. Looking back at my past invoices I noticed Drainbusters was there and decided to go back to them. Glad I did. For this most recent job, we never got a call back from the other big company, but Drainbusters came the next day. Jason came in a quickly got the sewer line cleaned out. Always friendly, was here early, and got the job done. I will be going with Drainbusters in the future!

I had an emergency with installation of a refrigerator. The water shut off valve was Corroded.The owner was not only great at fixing the issue he came back after the store delivery men refused to complete hook up. He went way beyond my expectation to make sure the refrigerator was installed correctly. This was not his responsibility but he did not flinch at my call for help but instead came back to fix when the store I purchased it from walked away.
He was professional and knowledgeable. I would without a doubt recommend them for any service!

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

And she said she had never heard of a leak under a house. And she didn't think they could help me with that. And she didn't know who to even tell me to call. World Class Services came out after hours to look at my unit and were able to quickly find the source of the problem. The technician, Shane, walked me through what he was checking for and helped me understand the WHY behind it. He triple checked everything - both with the unit outside and the vents inside and made sure all were working properly before he left. He truly wanted to help me figure out the source of my issues and wasn't just looking to sell me something. Can't recommend this company enough!

I was driving out of town last Friday when my wife called me and told me that our water heater was leaking. She called The Rooter Works and Nick came over about an hour later. After diagnosing the problem he was then able to get us a brand new water heater installed in less than 2 hours from diagnosis. He was professional and timely which made this process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone having issues with their plumbing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Literally find another else. Terrible customer service. Miranda, the receptionist, was extremely rude. This company has rescheduled not only once but twice. Manager was supposed to call and talk to me and never got back to me. They are in contact with my home warranty so I was forced to use their services. They put me in a very terrible situation and would NOT recommend it to anyone.
