We have used Cliff Fraley for a number of plumbing issues. He has always been extremely prompt about returning my calls and has been very accommodating with our schedules. We have always found him to be personable, friendly, and very knowledgeable! He also goes into great detail explaining to us what the problem is and how he's gonna fix it. We personally wouldn't even consider having anyone else do any plumbing issues that may come about. It is so hard these days to find someone to come out and fix a problem. When you do, it's an arm and leg to pay for. I called All Lines Gas and Plumbing with a gas heater problem. The heater was old, needed the parts and the city was on me to get it fixed before it got colder. Michael with all Lines Gas and Plumbing came out with no hesitation, fixed my problem in a timely matter and charged a reasonable price. I will use this company for all my plumbing issues here on out.

Eddie is the man! I decided to seek professional help after spending hours troubleshooting my kitchen sink clog. I called on a Sunday morning, explained my issue and he gave me an estimate for an hour of work later that evening. Eddie let me know when he was on his way and arrived right on time. Since that time, I called them back several times to replace a sump pump, replace bathroom sink fixtures and install a new valve for our sprinkler system. They are professional in every way, from timeliness - to service - to masks and shoe covers. I trust them and they are my go to plumber!

Bryan and Shane have come out to my home and provided great service at a fair price multiple times. They really helped us out in a crunch on short notice. They installed a gas hookup on my dryer, they are the only company in Columbus that does this. They installed a ceramic cooktop and a faucet. A couple of weeks later my hot water heater went out, they found the replacement and did a great job installing and hooking up. They carried out the old one all at a really reasonable price. Great team. Highly recommend this company!!!!!

Called about replacing my water heater, they were able to come out the next day. Our technician, BT, was fantastic. He assessed our situation, got what we needed and got to work. I had a good experience working both with the office side, kept me updated on the schedule and BT was absolutely the professional.

BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.

Have furnace and air conditioning purchased through Buckeye Heating & Cooling. Quality is good, installation was fine, prices were fair, maintenance has been satisfactory. Called them to get an estimate for a mini-split for sun room. Said there would be a $64 charge for an estimate. Two other firms are coming out to give free estimates. Free estimates are standard business practice, but apparently not with Buckeye Heating.
