I recently had a plumbing emergency at my house, so I called A Better Drain. Stacy Savage, the owner of the company, responded almost immediately, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed within a couple of hours. Mr. Savage was prompt, professional and he did a quality job at a fair and reasonable price. Should I be in need of a plumber again, my first call would be to A Better Drain.

I called Gary (owner) on a sat afternoon Memorial Day weekend. He was at a current job, but assured me he would drive across town to help me out when he was finished. He showed up by 6pm to my home and worked on a clogged pipe under my sink that was leaking everywhere . He was extremely professional and friendly . He fixed my issue and gave me some great advise. Carpenter HCP&E did an excellent job installing our new mini split HVAC system. They are always on time, do excellent work, and are very good at communicating with the customer!

Christian did a wonderful job! He was able to instantly identify the issue and quickly fixed our problem before our sump pump gave out and flooded our basement. He was friendly and didn't mind explaining the process with our 7 year old and letting him watch the process.

These guys are great, used them for routine back flow testing and occasional plumbing issues. They come out when they say they will and are reasonble.

I can only say good things about these guys. We've been working with Kevin Smith on clogged main drains and floor drains in our basement. We also had a bathtub repaired and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy with our options and service. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

I made a appointment and met with a gentleman at my house for an issue that was found during inspection of the home I just purchased. He looked over everything told me how long he had been at this and what they found was wrong and it was worse that I had thought. He told me hebhad together ahold of the city to see where my pipes were un yhe ground and that he would shoot me a message in a couple of days..... It's been a week and a half. So yeah I'm going to find another company to work with and if you choose to use them good luck.
