I'm surprised by some of the other reviews but stuff happens sometimes. We had a great experience with the company. Barry came out today and immediately found the problems we have had with pipe issues and running water. Another company told us we had air in our pipes. This was definitely not the issue. He was able to quickly locate and fix a few problems we had. He was very personable and even played with our dog. When we called we were told it would be about ten days so made the appointment since it wasn't an urgent issue. They called a few times to see if we were available because they had a cancellation and could get us in. They office called to let us know the window of time to expect them and then called back to let us know he was on his way. We are very pleased with the service we received and will use them again if we need to.

I recently had a plumbing emergency at my house, so I called A Better Drain. Stacy Savage, the owner of the company, responded almost immediately, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed within a couple of hours. Mr. Savage was prompt, professional and he did a quality job at a fair and reasonable price. Should I be in need of a plumber again, my first call would be to A Better Drain.

Gary was very professional and punctual.. I already recommended him to another job for my Grandparents.. Come to find out he did their water heater the next day.. I am definitely using him on other jobs in my house.

We had all 3 of our toilets replaced and two of them needed some extra care. The gentleman that came out were awesome. They replaced all our toilets, hauled all of them aways, and were super clean. They were done in about 2 hours and were reasonably priced in my opinion. Highly recommend if you need a plumber and are Hilliard/Columbus.

These guys are great, used them for routine back flow testing and occasional plumbing issues. They come out when they say they will and are reasonble.
