Wolfie and his crew were able to come out to my house (twice) and identify the issue causing water to come into our fireplace. After having multiple different companies come out to check, they were able to test and actually find the issue causing the water to come in.

They were very through and professional!

My Saturday morning was ruined with the news from my son that it looked like the stuff from the toilet was coming up through the floor in the basement. I actually hesitated to call Roto-Rooter even though it was the first name to come to mind. I confess, I called three other places who either weren't available on a Saturday or could not get anyone out immediately. I called Roto-Rooter. Roto-Rooter had a representative come eyeball the problem in less than an hour and set up a time for a technician to return later in the evening convenient to our busy Saturday schedule. The problem was fixed in a timely manner, and the price was what I expected. I will definitely call them first the next time!

They are very professional when you can get them to show up. They did an excellent job the first time, but I've called 3x to schedule an appointment to fix another issue and they say they'll call me back to schedule an appointment, but I still haven't gotten a call back.

Our pipes burst on New Year's Eve, causing half of the ceiling in our garage to collapse. Luckily, Adam with A 3 Aces was on his way within 30 minutes...on New Year's Eve! I was so impressed with how quickly he showed up, diagnosed the problem, and then fixed it. He even gave me some pointers on what to do to prevent our pipes from bursting again. Had a leak in my water supply. David Doran tightened the valve stem packing nut, stopped the leak. I recommend D&L. Fantastic job.

I can only say good things about these guys. We've been working with Kevin Smith on clogged main drains and floor drains in our basement. We also had a bathtub repaired and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy with our options and service. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Sam came out. On time. Did a great job clearing out the drain lines from the downspouts to the street. There was one section that I need to dig up and replace the pipe. He marked exactly where it is for me. Impressed.

Hader came earlier than expected which was excellent! He was quick to identify the problem that caused the leak. He showed me the cracked valve and replaced it. He worked quickly and tripled checked his work. Wonderful experience with the repair which almost made up for coming home from vacation to a flooded bathroom floor!

I definitely see all the negative experience from customers regarding Calhoun Plumbing. But I had an emergency, which I considered an emergency, I call a little after 11:00pm and spoke with a lady who definitely was sympathetic to my situation and was able to awake a plumber to come out and resolve my issue.

He came and was done by 1:00am. I appreciated first, her answering the phone and secondly the plumber coming out to resolve my problem. It is my hope to use this service again if I need to resolve any other plumbing issues....with the hopes of the same customer service.
