Great company, reasonable pricing and the plumber was very friendly. They did some repairs on a water heater for me. They were on time did a great job and were very nice. Highly recommended using them for any plumbing needs.

I recently had a plumbing emergency at my house, so I called A Better Drain. Stacy Savage, the owner of the company, responded almost immediately, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed within a couple of hours. Mr. Savage was prompt, professional and he did a quality job at a fair and reasonable price. Should I be in need of a plumber again, my first call would be to A Better Drain.

Extremely professional. Very open and honest pricing. We had a toilet that was constantly running and getting clogged. Mike gave us some options and pricing up front. He also gave us some prevention tips for the future.

We will gladly use McDermott Plumbing again. Highly recommended!!

I got the next available appointment ASAP and their staff was really very friendly and communicative.Came on time as they mentioned and they gave me a remainder call before the staff comes which gave me the time to make ready everything. The issue was resolved in a few minutes and the staff explained me what was the issue and gave the answers for all my questions with patient.I give 5 stars for their service and recommend to others. I was in need of a new hot water heater, because my old one died with water all over the basement. I looked up Angie’s list and got about 6 calls from different companies. Some wanted $80 just to come out. I think if a company wants your business there is no need to charge them even if you do not choose their company and Please, do not go into their homes and start saying THIS ARE THAT NEED TO BE UP TO CODE. We as home owners don’t know, are care at that time about codes. A BIG THANKS YOU to WATER HEATER NOW! SHOUT OUT ,THANK YOU goes to John who talked to me over the phone and had me take pictures of the damage and message them to him, and another Big THANKS YOU goes to Paul who installed my water heater. Paul came in and put on plastic shoe cover, laid down floor covers from the door all the way down the stairs and into the furnace room. Paul also cleanup behind himself. Paul also left a little surprise which was hiding behind my curtains. It was a thermal coffee cup! THANK YOU SO MUCH, WATER HEATER NOW!! Count on me. I will be passing you name wherever I go!!

They did an excellent job of replacing my old cast iron drain lines. Very polite and professional. I recommend flush drains to all my friends and family.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company worked well with the home warranty I had to not fix anything I had wrong. They decided to say my issue was due to faulty installation but they were just told to lie so the warranty company doesn’t have to pay for any repairs. I will never call or recommend this company ever.
