The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

I am very pleased with the work done, by Nichole, from Carpenter’s. She was very friendly and professional. When we are in need of a plumber again, I will definitely call and ask for Nichole.
