First they neglected to let me know that they charge an hour extra before the plumber gets to your house. Then they called me about a bill that wasn’t paid. After I told him I paid it and they said OK base on the info. I gave. I asked him to call me back, they never did. Three months later they called and said they were passing me on to collections if I didn’t pay. I was livid! after getting all my information from my bank and emailing them asking them to get back to me. They never did but it was definitely paid as I showed them on my bank statement. Very rude never will I use them and I will be sure and tell all my friends, colleagues and family not to either. Shame on them for not calling back a paying customer! Not sure why they would want this reputation? Not a great way to run a business.

I’ve used A Better Drain several times now and Stacy is definitely my go to plumber. When my hot water tank went out I called Stacy and he came out and accessed the issue but unfortunately it was rusted out and a new tank was needed. Stacy escalated me to the top of his schedule and installed the new water tank within a day of me purchasing. He even picked it up for me as I had no way to transport the tank from Lowe’s to my house. He is courteous and friendly and quick to respond. He knows his stuff and I highly recommend him for any plumbing issues big or small.

I can’t say enough compliments about Gary and Discount Plumbing. I woke up and no hot water. My old tank had gone well past it’s prime. I thought perhaps it just needed repaired. Gary said he had two jobs ahead of me and would call when he was on his way. In the meantime another company came to estimate and said I needed a new Hot Water heater and gave me a sky high quote. Gary came over and not only did he replace the water heater, he replaced it same night for considerably less money than the other company. I might also add that it was in a very small closet sharing space with the furnace. He hadn’t expected that but didn’t raise the price at all. It was already late in the day but he got us up and running by 8:30 PM and we had plenty of hot water for showers by bedtime. He still had another call to go to! He cleaned up and took the old heater off our hands and the big box the new one came in. I’ve found my plumber for life!

I can not say enough great things about this company, in particular the owner Grant, since he’s the one who was recommended to us and did our work.

I had no idea what we needed or even where to start. Grant came out, did a plumbing inspection on our home, and brought all issues to our attention. He made recommendations and based on our conversations, we decided to start with bathroom repairs and upgrades. I asked Grant’s advice (and opinions) and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We decided on brushed nickel fixtures and he got me exactly what I requested. We could not be more pleased with the outcome!!

I also wanted to mention how impressed we were with the communication G-Tech Plumbing provided to us throughout this process. Confirmation texts were sent and we knew exactly when Grant would arrive due to the “on the way” text, as well. The online portal provided all of my information in an easy to access link. I was so impressed with how current and up to date this company was with their customer communication.

In conclusion, I just want to say that I’ve had a handyman provide plumbing work in the past and I can CLEARLY tell the difference between the quality of workmanship G-Tech Plumbing provided in comparison. We could not be happier with our bathroom repairs and upgrades and will definitely use this company again very soon.

I was very happy to have American Leak Detection company help me to locate the exact location of a hot water line leakage, which enable the work to be carried out at the least damaging location in the house. From the beginning to the end of the job it was done with good communications, professional leak detection together with a very good team of technicians, the job was done professionally and efficiently. We have a 43 year old house. The faucet was leaking on an outside faucet. The whole pipe had to be replaced but the workmanship was great. I had no idea it would be that involved. Tony was helpful and professional.

A discrete leak turned ugly after-hours and I called A 3 aces Plumbing. The customer service was lovely and within an hour Mike arrived to detect the source and conduct repairs.
His work was excellent and priced very fairly. In fact, there was no after-hour fee inflation. He repaired the leak in an efficient and clean manner.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about D&L plumbing. We had our sump pump die in a rainstorm and our basement began to flood. They had someone respond quickly and before a couple hours had passed we had a new, functioning sump pump that saved our basement from more water damage. These folks are very professional, helpful, informative, and fair. I could not recommend them more.

I can only say good things about these guys. We've been working with Kevin Smith on clogged main drains and floor drains in our basement. We also had a bathtub repaired and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy with our options and service. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

I’m the facilities coordinator at a large department store where I am constantly interacting with outside technicians and contractors. In all of my 15 plus years of facilities maintenance experience, Calhoun plumbing is easily the most unprofessional and poorly ran company I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with. For anyone who is looking for plumbing repair in Columbus, save yourself a lot of trouble & frustration and find another reputable plumbing company.

I feel the one star this company is receiving from me is much more than they deserve, but unfortunately this will not allow me to do 0 stars. I had a leak under my sink, it was not a terrible leak, which is good since it took them a week to send a technician out, but it was covered by my home warranty so I didn't have a choice but to wait. When the technician finally arrived, he fixed the problem under the sink and went on his way, but that evening when I went to run my dishwasher, it didn't drain. I assumed it was a problem with the dishwasher so I did some investigating only to find that when I disconnected the dishwasher drain hose that it drained with no problem, so clearly it was a problem with the drain pipe that the technician fixed. I called the next business day and told them what was going on and they sent the same tech out again, who just said it wasn't anything I did, your dishwasher is broken. Now I have to wait for the appliance repair person to come out and tell me there is nothing wrong with my dishwasher only to have to wait for the home warranty company to send out another plumber to fix the problem this moron caused to begin with. Oh did I mention I still have a leak under the sink
