My wife and I just bought a new house and decided to update the entire HVAC system as well as our water heater. I heard about Quality Drain Solutions through a friend and I'm sure glad I decided to call them. I've never seen a team work so hard--and fast!! Over 2 short days, they had all 3 new units installed and operational AND they removed every single thing from all of the old stuff. I also had them install a new thermostat to make it easier to adjust the temperature. I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of work and the attitude of the workers. They encouraged me to ask questions and they stayed around to make sure that I was comfortable with operating each system by myself. On top of that, their prices were great! If you're clueless about HVAC (like me) and need to hire a crew that you can fully trust, I would highly recommend these guys. 10/10!!

Trevor was great and I would highly recommend his business. Responsive, knowledgeable about product options and the work to be performed. After and during installation of the water heater Trevor cleaned everything around the area. Very nice to deal with. Came right out to view the issue and worked us rapidly into his schedule to perform the work. Will be using him again after the holidays for some other plumbing needs we have. We had a new clothes washer installed because the old one had stopped working properly. We had a week's worth of dirty laundry, too since it took several days from ordering to delivery. When the installers hooked everything up, suddenly the faucets leaked when they had not before. I called MB Plumbing since they had installed a toilet for me a year ago and did so with great service. This time, they not only responded quickly, but also they had the same guy, Joe, come out the next moring and he he fixed things up within minutes. Love these guys. I would highly recommend.

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.

Always courteous and they do what I pay them to do. They come when they are supposed to! Very fair prices.

They installed an exterior water faucet. They were on time, sent a reminder email, and finished the job in a timely fashion. Super polite and cleaned up after themselves. Would hire again.

This company talked me through my water heater issues on the phone prior to installation. I felt listened to and respected. They gave me a quote over the phone, and appeared first thing the next morning. They honored the quote and went above and beyond to replace my leaking water heater. They are top-notch. Highly recommend!
