Chuck and the whole team were amazing. We had our water line in the front year break on a Sunday. Chuck personally came over to make sure that we were in a good spot and took care of the immediate needs. He and the team were at my home on Monday morning to get to work and stayed late to ensure they fixed the problem. The team was very personable and made sure we understood everything they were doing throughout the process. Highly recommend and will use them again if I have another need.

Trevor was great and I would highly recommend his business. Responsive, knowledgeable about product options and the work to be performed. After and during installation of the water heater Trevor cleaned everything around the area. Very nice to deal with. Came right out to view the issue and worked us rapidly into his schedule to perform the work. Will be using him again after the holidays for some other plumbing needs we have. Antwan was amazing to work with! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. The home we bought needed a lot of plumbing work. As with many renovation fixes, sometimes one issue would lead to another problem. Antwan ensured we were informed every step of the way, found areas where we could save money (without compromising quality), and made sure he did not leave our home until he could confidently say he addressed all issues, and even provided pictures when possible. I know who to call should any plumbing needs come up in the future, and would recommend him to anyone needing great plumbing work done!

In an attempt to replace my bathroom faucet recently the drain pipe ended up crumbling. I called Jack Woods and they scheduled an appointment for the following week (this was in the middle of a cold snap and they were backed up with frozen pipes and mine was definitely not an emergency). The technician called me about an hour before he was to arrive and followed up when he got delayed to update me on his arrival time. He replaced the drain pipe, installed a new sink and new faucet very quickly. Very happy with the quality of their work and the efficiency of the tech! Price was wayyyyyyyyyy less than I was expecting also!

I had a gas leak and called a better drain. Stacy finished up the job he was on and came straight over. Found the problem and fixed it for us the same day. Was very happy with his professionalism and expedient work. Would recommend to anyone

With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

Demetrius and Jason did a wonderful job, AND they were FAST? I highly recommend them. They fixed our furnace and put a new filter in. This company is awesome‼️

Guy I spoke too seemed like he knew what he was doing and scheduled an appointment with me for Wed at 8:30am, I took off work and waited for him for the better part of an hour, no call-no show. I start to go online and look around (should have done it before), it's a pretty common thing for them to charge a lot of money, and do the absolute minimal work. Guess I'll go ahead and void the check I had written for them. Don't waste your money, and more importantly don't waste your time.

They fix the problem with the lift station in the basement bathroom and replaced the waterline to our new refrigerator. They did a great job - very friendly.

Adam and his team are absolutely wonderful! I had a leak in my main water service line, I was given 14 days to fix by the city. The issue ended up being much bigger than expected when the leak was actually under my foundation. Adam did a fantastic job working with the city to get the repair done right. He even ended up having to move my water meter. The whole time Adam and his team were so very nice and professional. I could tell he really wanted to help me. I highly recommend his services and will definitely use them should I ever need a plumber again. 5 stars for sure!

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They gave me a fair price over the phone at 8am. Said they would be at my house at 2pm. At 2:01pm my doorbell rang. They encountered a challenge with my water heater location, but quickly came up with a solution that required a bit of extra work. They handled everything like champions. Drop clothes on carpet, tarped the old water heaters, had the new tank installed within 2.5 hours and didn't leave a speck of dirt behind. Despite the challenge and extra work, they handed me a bill for exactly what was quoted on the phone. Don't bother calling anyone else, these are your guys!

As you can see the service isn’t good. Any there drivers are allowed to have road rage and hit your vehicle and then play crazy like you hit them. Be careful of how you spend your money and business you support in your community

I can only say good things about these guys. We've been working with Kevin Smith on clogged main drains and floor drains in our basement. We also had a bathtub repaired and they did everything they could to make sure we were happy with our options and service. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

I had Tony come over and change out my old dark inclosed shower to a new bigger open glass shower set up and did a great job I’m very happy with the out come!

This company is a life saver! I own a small business and was shut down due to a small gas leak by the gas company. I contacted Phil at Columbus Gas Pro and he returned my call immediately. He went out of his way to make time to fix my business' urgent need. It is difficult to find a fair, competent & trustworthy gas repair service these days - Phil was all of these and more! He stayed with me until the gas company representative came to my facility and made sure all of my equipment was up and running properly before leaving. I would have lost thousands of dollars if it hadn't been for his quick and quality response. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly! Thank you, Phil!
