Roto Rooter was the only company of seven we called (all of which offer 24 hour emergency services) that actually answered when we called or returned our call in any kind of reasonable timeframe. The techs were all very friendly and made sure we knew what was happening throughout the process. We’d definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues.

with a hot water heater failure just one day ahead of a big event at our church planned for the following two days Rose Plumbing responded the same day, assessed the situation and even with working out acquiring equipment replacement our operation was fully restored within 24 hours.

This company is used by IGS home warranty. I had water leak at my indoor shutoff valve and they were sent out. After assessing the issue, I was informed that they didn’t have the required parts on their truck and would be back the next day. When I called the next morning to see what time to expect them, they immediately got agitated and told me I wasn’t even on their schedule and it would be impossible for them to come. The phone representative was extreme rude during the conversation. After this experience and then reading other reviews for this company, I went back to IGS, told them of my experience and lack of confidence that Calhoun could do the job timely and properly and requested a different vendor. If you need immediate assistance and want a professional experience, I would not use this company. When IGS called to cancel my job with them, they were treated with the same level of disrespect as I was.

Employ very reckless drivers, will never use this company for my plumbing needs in the future.

The last review from a William Reed is a ignorant as they come. He is giving a review of a business based on his opinion of a driver. He isn't even from the Columbus, Ohio area, nor did he ever use Plumbing Solutions for the service they even provide. If he had a legitimate concern about the way a employee was operating a company vehicle he would have first and foremost called the company and spoke with someone, especially if there was a safety issue. Second if it was that serious of a issue, he should have responded to the business that responded to his comment. However, he choose to ignore them. William is nothing more than a troll, look atbhis profile and all his other reviews. He is just looking for attention.

Would give zero stars, but have to leave something. Attempted to have a quote performed for a few toilets and a urinal. Called exactly 10 times over a two and half month period and never received a call back, ever. Was repeatedly told I would get a phone call the next day which never came. The last few calls I placed I received from crudeness from whoever answered the phone, I'm assuming they recognized me, as I recognized their voice time and time again. All I wanted was a quote but they were unprofessional and wouldn't give me the time of day. Thanks for reading.

Professional, courteous, and prompt. Brandon is a professional plumber and problem solver. He was able to diagnose my drainage issue and and explain the steps he was going to take to solve the problem in order of magnitude. He started with the easiest and least expensive. I would highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs. He has a lifetime customer in me.

The absolute best, most down-to-earth plumbers. These guys replaced my whole water supply line which went under my garage. Very complicated and they did it for literally half the cost of the 'white collar' plumbers. I've had them back to fix my water heater when I wasn't even home because I trust them so much. Wont call anyone else.

We have been trying to solve a severe water pressure problem in our primary shower for years. No one could figure it out. Cliff was the third plumber to tackle it. It was tough at first but Cliff persisted and figured it out. It wasn’t easy but now we have full pressure. Worth every penny. Cliff is pleasant, professional and an expert in plumbing and repair.
