Paul and Scott we incredibly helpful in trying to detect leak. They were both professional and courteous.

They arrived timely. Fixed the problem quickly. They were professional and reasonably priced.

Our home warranty sent them a request and sent them reminders to expedite. They claim to be open 24X7, but I have called and left several messages for them for the last 4 hours and nobody has returned our class or even respond to the AHS work order to expedite. Meanwhile my family is without water and dealing with the leaks from a broken water heater before it floods our entire basement. Don’t claim to be open 24X7 if you are not.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They gave me a fair price over the phone at 8am. Said they would be at my house at 2pm. At 2:01pm my doorbell rang. They encountered a challenge with my water heater location, but quickly came up with a solution that required a bit of extra work. They handled everything like champions. Drop clothes on carpet, tarped the old water heaters, had the new tank installed within 2.5 hours and didn't leave a speck of dirt behind. Despite the challenge and extra work, they handed me a bill for exactly what was quoted on the phone. Don't bother calling anyone else, these are your guys!

Flush Drains always delivers great service. Very professional, reliable , and reasonably priced. He always gets me scheduled in a timely manner and leaves me a happy customer once he leaves, everytime! I wouldn't spend my money with anyone else. He makes the fact you have to spend the money worth it. Last but not least he's knowledgeable on what he does and always willing to explain everything to you as he goes!

We have been trying to solve a severe water pressure problem in our primary shower for years. No one could figure it out. Cliff was the third plumber to tackle it. It was tough at first but Cliff persisted and figured it out. It wasn’t easy but now we have full pressure. Worth every penny. Cliff is pleasant, professional and an expert in plumbing and repair. Fast the guys are great

Could not unclog a kitchen drain. No tools. No gloves. Left a huge mess and made clog worse.

Very knowledgeable, professional and did not want to over sell products just wanted to offer a selection of products that were the best fit for the customer's needs. Service was prompt, polite and the installation was excellent. They explained all the features of the water-heater, its care and what maintanance they thought the customer could take care of without the need to call for service. Highly recommended this company.
