Avoid at all costs! This is actually my first negative review, so I don't make a habit of this. But, my experience with Jack L Woods was so horrible, I really do feel like I need to warn people. I am also posting this in my neighborhood Facebook group so that I can hopefully save someone the same trouble we have experienced. The plumbing was OK, but they actually completely damaged both new tub/showers I had done one week prior. I was very, very clear with the plumber that both tubs were new and needed a bit of babying. However, he put a huge gouge in one tub bottom and dripped molten metal (which, of course, adhered permanently) on the bottom of the other shower. The worst part is that when I called to talk to them about the damage, they were completely unresponsive. I have pictures of the damage that I sent to the (great!) folks who installed the bathtub/shower - and he said it looks like unbelievable carelessness. Simply putting a soft cloth down would have prevented both issues. Jack L Woods does not return phone calls when they say they will and is not doing anything about this damage. We need to get it repaired right away since there is a gouge out of the tub and I do not want water gathering there. Yet, it's been a week and they will still not get back with us about how it will be addressed. So, if you do use Jack L Woods do not be surprised if they are careless with your property, damage it, then refuse to take responsibility and have it corrected. I can honestly say I've never experienced such awful service in my life. Please - buyer beware!!

I used A Better Drain to find a sewage odor that came and went in our house. It was driving us crazy! I called 2 other plumbers who couldn't get it corrected, but Stacey did! He was able to figure out where it was coming from and get it fixed. He's a great guy and was also able to quickly repair a leak coming from a cracked PVC pipe. I'd highly recommend A Better Drain. Very professional and talented.

Gary did an amazing job repairing our outdoor faucet. His customer service was excellent! We called and he came out and fixed our faucet the same day! I will definitely call Gary again and I’m referring him to all of my friends!

our technicians did an excellent job. they were courteous, professional, and efficient. they explained what they saw in great detail and were very friendly.

Dave and the other technician (sorry, I forgot his name!) did an awesome job. They got here and promptly gave us cost estimates, giving us options. Once we decided they got to work and replaced our disposal. Once replaced they thoroughly tested and made sure there were no leaks. Overall the experience was great and they did a fantastic job. Very nice and did a great job explaining everything. Highly recommend!

From sales and scoping with Nate to Aiden's installation was an extremely smooth process. They take the time to work with you and understand your unique situation, then come up with the best plan of action to get you back to warm water. All interactions were knowledgeable and courteous. I feel the one star this company is receiving from me is much more than they deserve, but unfortunately this will not allow me to do 0 stars. I had a leak under my sink, it was not a terrible leak, which is good since it took them a week to send a technician out, but it was covered by my home warranty so I didn't have a choice but to wait. When the technician finally arrived, he fixed the problem under the sink and went on his way, but that evening when I went to run my dishwasher, it didn't drain. I assumed it was a problem with the dishwasher so I did some investigating only to find that when I disconnected the dishwasher drain hose that it drained with no problem, so clearly it was a problem with the drain pipe that the technician fixed. I called the next business day and told them what was going on and they sent the same tech out again, who just said it wasn't anything I did, your dishwasher is broken. Now I have to wait for the appliance repair person to come out and tell me there is nothing wrong with my dishwasher only to have to wait for the home warranty company to send out another plumber to fix the problem this moron caused to begin with. Oh did I mention I still have a leak under the sink
