We had a backup in our basement over the Thanksgiving weekend. The Mr. Rooter on call service was very polite, prompt and far more helpful than any of the other local companies we've you used in the past locally. Clint the technician arrived and got right to work. He explained each step of his diagnostic process and then cleaned out our obstruction. At no point did we feel he was taking advantage of us, even showed us the video scoped line and obstruction. He worked efficiently and had the situation cleared in under 2 hrs. Probably the best part was how clean he left our bathroom and utility room. We highly recommend!

I have done business with Alphalete Mechanical twice now and could not be more pleased. The first water heater replacement went off without a hitch and the building inspector told us that he wished more people did work like this. When we had need of a plumber at another house, our first call was to Alphalete and we were not disappointed. The work was done fast and accurate. Fantastic service! No delays or outlandish extra charges for a visit that needed prompt attention. Fix made to a separated water pipe. Gavin did a great job replacing the pipe. He gave us suggestions for keeping the pipe warm enough to survive very cold winter temperatures.

Very friendly service. Carlos gave me a thorough walkthrough of the work we needed done on our AC unit, and explained everything he encountered during the repair too. It was a costly repair, but I also have no baseline for knowing how much those types of repairs cost as we are brand new homeowners. I can’t say if it was a good value or not. I’m just glad it was taken care of quickly and by people who were friendly and professional.
