My 60 year old sewer line needed to be replaced. It was part cast iron, part clay pipe and not enough slope as well. I went with Affordable as they were able to drill my new sewer line versus digging up the old up. That saved digging up 2 sidewalks, a stucco wall, my driveway and a curb. Plus they did the math to put in a new tap into the main sewer line about 8 yards further downhill than my old tap to give me better slope. They had some problems with the driller but kept on the job which went on about 3 weeks instead of 3 days. They never disconnected my old sewer line until right at the final cutover so I was only without sewer service for about an hour. The 1st driller came in a little high, and instead of trying to make it work, they brought in a 2nd driller and put in a 2nd new sewer line and they came in perfectly. No one wants a project to be delayed like that, but I was pleased they stuck with it, did the job right, at no additional cost to me. Now I have a PVC sewer line that has a great slope inspected and approved by the city without tearing up my driveway, landscaping, sidewalks, curb, etc.

I signed up for an introductory heating and cooling service for our 3-year-old system in our new house. The first technician who provided the furnace (heating) service was professional and did an excellent job. Based on that service, I gave One Source a 5-star rating and highly recommended them.Unfortunately, after that initial visit it was all downhill, leading me to totally change my initial rating of One Source and to give them a 1-star rating. I am revising my review and I now would not recommend One Source to anyone.After my first positive experience, I signed up for a package deal for duct cleaning and for a one year membership in their Home Care Club. It was not clearly explained to me at the time that I was given the Home Care Club for $1 and the remaining $900 was all for the duct cleaning. Had I realized that I was paying almost $1000 for duct cleaning for a modest two-level house, I would not have signed up for the duct cleaning service. Both this technician and the next one tried to sell me additional high-priced services rather than just performing the maintenance of my systems.A few days later, another technician arrived to service the AC. The technician found a contactor which he said was defective and needed to be replaced, at a cost of $381. When the technician returned a few days later to replace the contactor, he stated that these parts were quite expensive, implying that was why the service call was so expensive. I requested a detailed invoice showing the breakout between the cost of the part and labor, which I received later by email. I did not electronically sign any invoice.When the invoice arrived in the mail, I was astounded to discover that the contactor was covered by a warranty, and the entire $381 was for labor in a 20-30 minute job. If that wasn’t bad enough, I also found that on the invoice, which I had not seen until it was emailed to me, that in 3 places where the customer agreed to the terms of job cancellation; agrees that he has “…been provided a full and complete copy of this Agreement, had a reasonable opportunity to read, review, and ask questions on each and every term contained herein prior to assigning electronically or otherwise…”; and authorizes the charge to the credit card, someone at One Source had falsified my signature by putting in squiggly lines in each block.I finally reached the Service Manager, who made me aware that I had only been charged $1 for my Home Care Club membership, so that’s all I would be refunded. After hearing about the falsifying of my signature, he agreed to refund me ½ of the charge for the AC part replacement (about $190). He said it could take up to 3 months to receive the refund.After determining that One Source had been deceptive in not fully explaining the terms of my service, falsified my signature, and taken every opportunity to try and sell me additional high-priced products, I want nothing to do with One Source in the future: I no longer trust anything they say and I believe that they are mainly concerned with making money. I will take my business elsewhere and would not recommend that anyone do business with this company.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had to replace two water heaters pretty quickly. Olympic City was fast and very competitive on their pricing…. Only took a few hours to install and clean up and they were very professional. Very happy with the work, highly recommend!

From Another company we had a bad installation... We Called Wright! They gave a price and even though our system was installed improperly, Wright Was Able To Find The Problems And Get It Running Properly!! They stood behind the original pricing even though there was extra time into it all and it was a hard fix.

This is the company you want to use! I wish they had installed our unit in the beginning.
