Best Water Heating in Colorado Springs CO

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with the service I recently received with Affordable Plumbing & Heat. One of my outdoor faucets was leaking so I called the office and spoke to Christine. She is very nice and extremely helpful. She set me up with an appointment on Sunday which was awesome...NO EXTRA WEEKEND SERVICE FEE, which is unheard of these days. The tech, Mike came out, evaluated the problem and went right to work. Less than an hour later, he was finished and out the door. Excellent work, unbelievable service! I will be using Affordable Plumbing & Heat for all of my plumbing/HVAC needs! Thank you!!!

This company has very poor customer service and does not respond on time to their service calls. I was told that a plumber would report my house on Friday morning between eight and 12. That timeframe came and went. No plumber ever came to our house and no plumber ever called to tell us that they were running late.
Then, after calling the company I was told that the plumber would be to my house right away around 3 PM. I got a call from the plumber that he’s not able to be my to my house right away because he has another emergency occurring and doesn’t know what time he will come to my home. So I called the office back to let the office know that somebody will not be at my house. I ask if they can send a plumber on Saturday morning which is today. They tell me yes the plumber should be to my home between 8 and 9 AM.
9:00am came and went. No plumber came to my home and nobody called me from the company to tell me what was going on. I called the company the receptionist picks up the phone. She proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t know who would’ve told me that a plumber would come to my house today between 8 and 9 AM because “he’s not even at work yet.” She also proceeds to tell me that she cannot give me a timeframe for the plumber to help at our home because he lives two hours away and is not on duty yet. She was very unprofessional and rude to me during the entire call.
This company has been to my house once and did not snake the drain like they said they were going to do. Then they did not follow up with me like they said they were going to do. Then they did not show up at all for the service call that they told me that they would be at. Now the company is telling me that they don’t even know if and when a plumber will be coming to my house to fix the problem at all. If this is the way that Leo’s Sewer & Drain conducts business how may I ask are they staying in business?
My problem still has not been fixed. Also the lack of response and or professionalism is outrageous and I cannot believe that Challenger Homes is using them as a subcontractor for business.

Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

Brian, Jerry, and the team at Western Peak plumbing did such a great job we hired them again. They are honest, punctual, and did a great job!

We used Ed with Always Plumbing to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. Our kitchen remodelers badly botched the under-sink plumbing to the point that Ed really had to work to correct what should have been a fairly easy repair. He did figure it out, and the leak has not returned. He also tidied up some other sloppy work under there for no extra charge. We were very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again.

Just a follow up from below, One source called me to set up an appointment to finish the AC part of my service because they felt bad forthe service.The Tech didn't show up, I called and they informed me they are notdoing AC service until the spring now and sorry for not telling me. I tookvacation to be there! Anyways, don't fall for their specials they spendthe whole time looking for something to fix (tech was there for 2 1/2 hrs.)for just the furnace. no cleaning nothing.………………………………………...……….I had annual HVAC service doneI received my invoice for the job in a text before the Tech toldme he was done. when I asked him if he checked the pressureon the AC unit, he said he did not have a gauge to check it with.He told me he will come back to do it later.If I had not asked him he wouldn't of come back.I'm still waiting for the AC portion of my bill refunded its been4 days now. I called twice already.That whole thing seemed a little shady.Also, he cleaned nothing and I did not get a filter. the office saidthey don't do that.Not impressed.

I had an expensive part go out on my furnace and I called them, they ordered the part and came out to install it without any arguments. The were professional and I appreciate the no hassle response to the warranty issue.

I'm not sure if they squeezed us in to a busy schedule or not, but they came and got our job done, which was updating piping to meet code. However, in the process, it doesn't seem there was any preparation involved. They left a mess along multiple areas that they cut in to. Paint and other finishes were chipped and damaged.

Had one of the Frazier valley guys come out and clean an tune my water heater very quick,easy,an affordable would definitely recommend.

HORRIBLE Service. I wanted my hot water heater replaced after my current one failed. Their website says same day service but they could not honor that promise. I clearly described the issue to the rep that booked the appointment but when the tech showed up he was highly confused. He looked around for a couple of minutes and said he couldn't do the job. I received a call from another phone rep to explain that they couldn't do the job but knew nothing of the issue. SSSOOO PISSED that I wasted my time with this company. I was referred to them by Home Depot so that doesn't reflect well for them!!!

the owner is very rude especially to his employees! For a customer to see that on the job more then once is disgusting I will never use him again.

The Tech was sent to our Apartments for an evening No Heat service call. Myself and another tenant seemed to be the only ones with no heat. The Dispatcher called to say the Tech would arrive in 30 minutes or less and advised me to watch for him. He arrived around 8pm. I showed him my non-working heat radiators and my neighbors apt, then showed him where the Mechanical room was. He said he'd take care of it from there and he did! In less than an hour we had heat and no problems since then. Thank you for the your great service, Mike's!
