Best Water Heater Replacement in Colorado Springs CO

The scale doesn't go low enough. This guy took complete advantage of me being deployed. His behavior was completely unethical and probably criminal. He applied for permits which were then voided, billed my insurance company for work he says he didn't do, did not complete a final inspection of my home which resulted in a certificate of non compliance from the title company. He denied any involvement despite my realtor explaining we have all the documentation with his signature. He refused to resolve the non compliance issue as well so everything my insurance company paid him for had to be redone. We also found out he operates under powers plumbing II which he explained to my realtor is the exact same company. Shady as hell!! This guy completely took me for a ride. I can only hope my insurance company goes after him for insurance fruad.

Dean was such a delight. He was professional, courteous, careful with my freshly cleaned carpet and painted walls. He installed a new toilet and replaced the innardsand the inlet valve on a second toilet. Very efficient. Explained everything. Cleaned up everything. I'd have him back for any and all plumbing needs. Very happy and highly recommend.

Bill's Plumbing and Drain have been our company and family's go-to plumbing company for some time now. They are always friendly and helpful when scheduling. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are always on time and their pricing is fair. Bill's Plumbing and Drain also goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done properly. They have a warranty on all their work that they actually stand by and will come back out however many times it takes to make sure it’s done right. We have never needed to use the warranty but it’s nice to know it’s there! Bill's truly is a family owned and operated company that treats all of their customers like an extension of their family!

Everyone with whom we interacted from the company was pleasant, respectful, and helpful. Dylan was amazing. He talked us through the issue and even took the time to look at our thermostat which ended up being the issue. He set up our wiring system on the furnace/AC so we can get a new thermostat and install it without a problem. I cannot emphasize enough what a relief it was to have his expertise and support. He also talked us through things we can do to winterize our home and save on energy as much as possible. Highly recommend!

Great company

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

My ex-wife was told to use Herman's Plumbing for a major repair in the house she was buying (by the title company, who had gotten an estimate). They said they would be there at 8:30am. Since she works nights, she got up on very little sleep to meet the plumber. At 9am she called Herman's to ask where the guy was-- the lady on on the phone said he left the office at 8:30 to pick up some supplies and should be there shortly. Then at 9:35 -- more than a hour past the appt time-- they called back and said he was leaving the store with the supplies and would be there in ANOTHER half hour. So he would be showing up after 10:00am for an 8:30am appointment. We canceled the service and will look for a different plumber. Show up when you said you're going to show up. If he'd set the appointment for 10 to begin with, there would have been no problem.

Last month we had a technician from Olson come and diagnose why our a/c unit was not working. We contacted this company after having some other jobs completed by Olson at our new home.
After diagnosing the issue, the tech explained the problem. At some point prior to us purchasing this home, the switch was removed from the disconnect so there was no power running to the unit.
I asked him for a quote to fix this. He told me that it is NOT a possibility to replace that piece (which I learned later on is false). He told me the entire A/C disconnect unit needed replacing so I requested a quote for this. He said the part would be $100, plus labor to complete this job. He had to leave to go pick up the part as he did not have one on hand. Almost 2 hours later(on the clock the entire time), he returned and replaced the unit.
Upon receiving the invoice I was shocked to see that the part actually cost $325 dollars. At NO point was I made aware of this until I saw it in the bill. At NO point did the tech contact me to authorize this extreme difference in price from what he quoted me. Add on another 300 and change for labor, and the total owing was almost $650.00.
As frustrating and disappointing as this was to be completely fleeced and disregarded by this company, I later learned that I could have purchased this EXACT same disconnect for UNDER 40 DOLLARS myself. That’s quite a markup. I also learned that I could have in fact found a replacement piece for the disconnect without ever having to get a brand new unit.
After reaching out to the service manager and explaining my situation he was so concerned about my complaint that as compensation he offered me the wonderful and amazing $129 dollar deal to clean my AC unit. (Another attempt to drain more of our hard earned money from our bank account) Really? Completely disappointing customer service. I refused as there are many competitors charging $79 for the same service so why would I pay that? Eventually he said he would send someone out to do it at no charge, since he didn’t want to lose us as loyal customers.
The gentleman who eventually came out and did the cleaning was excellent and also could not believe this whole situation.

We can’t afford to be loyal customers to a company that does not care about quality of service and honesty. There was zero transparency or communication.

Helped me late one evening with some gas line questions. Was polite and offered many suggestions on how and who to call to get my gas pressure and BTU line questions answered.

Had one of the Frazier valley guys come out and clean an tune my water heater very quick,easy,an affordable would definitely recommend.

As many below, we had two new 50 gallon water heaters installed thru Home Depot via Delta Mechanical and Andrew. Inspected and replaced in one day! In fact Andrew replaced both, in the basement, in less than 2 hours! Very meticulous, friendly, neat and tidy - it was painless from the start. Very highly recommended.
