Kurtis came to replace a hose bib that had split due to freezing over the winter. He arrived on time, already knew what the basic problem was, and he paid attention to my explanation of the issue. Kurtis took plenty of time to show me different repair options and their cost. He even explained how I could do the repair myself, but work done by a plumber with 20 years' experience was a much better investment. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and he explained about draining the pipe and not over-tightening the spigot. He worked with his supervisor to get me a price that was within my budget. Bill's Plumbing and Drain have been our company and family's go-to plumbing company for some time now. They are always friendly and helpful when scheduling. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are always on time and their pricing is fair. Bill's Plumbing and Drain also goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done properly. They have a warranty on all their work that they actually stand by and will come back out however many times it takes to make sure it’s done right. We have never needed to use the warranty but it’s nice to know it’s there! Bill's truly is a family owned and operated company that treats all of their customers like an extension of their family!

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

Outstanding service. Chris J. Showed up to repair a leak and refill the system. Outside of the cost of the coolant, the labor fees were very fair and reasonable. Olson was contracted to install a new Air Conditioning unit. I started the process on June 8th but the A/C wasn't functional until August 25. I've had numerous visits I can count on both hands how many visits to correct all the installation problems. The new a/c unit wasn't secured to the foundation more importantly the condenser outside was frosted with a snow ball indicating all that cold air was trapped outside in 80 plus degrees . Not to mention the technicians soiled the carpet with their work boots as they were in and out of the home. On the very last visit they didn't even bother to notify that the work was completed and were leaving and left my home unsecured with an unlocked door. They say never say never but for the amount of money Olson was compensated in the future Id exhaust any other HVAC competitor before using Olson but with the warranty they are necessary and likely would be put to good use given so many issues with the installation not to mention summer is practically over so money was spent with no use for the unit as we move into fall and winter. Whats unfortunate on several visits they were training and I can imagine as a new hire its not a good feeling learning the improper way of installation and then coming back out to correct that installation job. All around just a very poor experience I wouldn't wish on anyone especially in a heat wave.
