Had an emergency when some duct work failed in our attic due to rust, so had to turn off the furnace. Called One Source on a Saturday and they were out within two hours to inspect, which was great. The technician was friendly, helpful, and professional. Got an estimate and scheduled for the work to be completed on the following Wednesday.Well on Wednesday the technicians show up and say they need to take measurements. Odd since I thought the estimate was created from the measurements, but ok. The duct work needing to be done is in the attic. The team that showed up didn't have a ladder. So I lent them a ladder so they could do what they needed to do. They take their measurements and say they are going to go pick up the necessary pieces.Three hours go by and don't see or hear from the technician. We call One Source and are informed by the office that the technicians weren't able to source one of the pieces, so will not be out until Friday since Thursday is Thanksgiving. When we said that is unacceptable the administrator on the phone said they would have a supervisor call us. Spoiler alert, we did not hear from a supervisor.So thanks One Source for ruining our ability to go and spend Thanksgiving with family so that we can stay at home and play the space heater rotation game. We called them to help us understand a plumbing problem we were having and they came at a late hour and stayed for 2 hours explaining what the issue was and how to solve it knowing that we were not going to hire them.

We called on July 4, 2016 with a failing water heater. At the time, we were pleased with the service, but we have since learned the water heater was installed extremely poorly. The water heater was replaced, but was vented improperly. As a result, our carbon monoxide alarm was triggered this week and we found out we were in danger. We called Master Rooter about this issue and the customer service was very poor. They made fun of the water heater we had installed (that their technician picked out and purchased), and quoted us $3500 to repair the issue that they should have taken care of 3 years ago.
