I cannot, in any way, speak highly enough of this company. Their service was extremely prompt and professional. The men who came to do our repairs were knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. I have NEVER had a better experience with any service business than I had with Bill’s Plumbing and Drain Service. Use them! You won’t be disappointed!!

I hired Jeremy to do a gas line relocate. He didn't incredible job and he does very clean work. After the utility company came back and reinstalled the meter, I went to go light my boiler off and my stove and my water heater. He installed a brand new valve for each one of those even though it was absolutely not necessary. He absolutely went above-and-beyond. He found a leak and repaired it. He's very friendly guy, and I'm going to recommend him to everybody I know who is looking for a great plumber.

From the first interaction on the phone, to the in person service from our Plummer, the Happy Plumber exceeded our expectations! Derek did a wonderful job taking care of our plumbing needs. He was VERY knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He was an expert at his craft! My 84-year-old mother and I were so impressed we had him look at future jobs we will need done soon! I called Smith plumbing and electric because I needed both of these things done and only wanted to deal with one company.  Smith was one of three quotes that I got and all three were very close in price.  Josh came out to give me a quote and was very professional and polite.  Josh quoted the job in about an hour and told me that his quote included repairing any drywall that they may have to cut while doing the job, none of the others did this.    They started the job  the following week,  Both the plumbers and electricians showed up on a Tuesday morning and worked all day without  even taking a break.  They were very professional and friendly and did a very good job.  Larry came the next day to patch the drywall.  Larry did a great job matching the texture you would never know there were holes there,  Eva and the office staff were amazing in taking care of any unforeseen issues that came up and kept the job moving smoothly.  All in all a great company, great people and great work.

Lucas and his wife were an awesome team. They arrived on time, were professional, and reasonable! They assessed the problem right away, and replaced the PRV. It eliminated the leak as well as the water hammer. Straight forward and no price gouging. Thank you!

I sincerely regret calling this company. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a lack of professionalism and customer care in a small business. Sounds like we had an experience like a lot of others - not showing up when scheduled and then failing to get the job done the first time.

We even tried using BBB to work out a compromise and they made no effort. What a waste of time. We will never call them again.

B&L Plumbing is an outstanding company.  Tom G. had to replace a Moen regulator that was completely frozen.  With his experience and patience he was able to fix the problem with no issues.  I highly recommend B&L plumbing.
