Pro Power Rooter Service is the best! My kitchen drain was plugged and as I started calling various services – they are were unwilling to do a “same day” emergency job. Mark responded immediately and provided pricing up front as well. He arrived within a few hours on an extremely cold night with icy roads. Not only did he address the obvious problem, but spent extra time scoping the pipes with his camera – and showing us some potential issues. He offered to come back in 2 days and clean the pipes, which he did. He was enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable and committed to getting the job done right. In the future he will be the one I call should I need either plumbing or drain issues resolved!!

I added a new countertop and kitchen sink. Needed some help in reconnecting the plumbing and garbage disposal. Tech was very nice and professional but quoted me $990. Ridiculous. Guess policy is to install all new plumbing, plus paying for their equipment and training. This price is almost what I paid for all new countertops to be installed. Wish someone would have explained this me before I paid $75 trip charge for a 10 minute house call. Not sure if they looked up the definition of Affordable before using this as the Company Name.

Great group of people. Prompt and Fair pricing. Only bad thing is how they process credit cards - they write your info on a piece of paper. They claim it’s safer this way for digital fraud issues. However I found another customer’s info in my garage that the tech must have dropped. I’ll be paying over the phone next time, and there will definitely be a next time!

Bill's Plumbing cleared out the clogged main line in my house. They showed up earlier than expected, which was a relief! They were very professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I had Sveagle Plumbing out the day before and they tried to convince me that the main line was completely collapsed and needed to be replaced for $14,000-16,000! Luckily I called Bill's Plumbing and they had no problem clearing out the main line. I highly recommend Bill's Plumbing and am now a dedicated customer of theirs, and won't call anyone else!

From the time I called the shop and spoke to Marcey, I had great service. Within an hour, someone came out and looked at the water heater and determined we need a new one. Within a few hours, we had James and Tyler (or Taylor) had the other hot water tank installed. Because one of the pipes were older, it broke and first thing the next morning they were back out and replaced it. I would highly recommend them.

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Our main drain clapsed in the front yard. Fred and his excavation crew had us back in service in 4 hours upon arrival. They did all repairs, got utility lines located and treated our landscaped yard as their own. The next morning they met with inspectors who spoke highly of them and had our yard back to normal the same day. You could not even tell they were there. GREAT JOB!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.

I am a small business owner that has been in Colorado Springs since 1986. We are fortunate to own our commercial buildings but that also requires repairs and maintenance.

After 34 years of doing business we have found that Olson Plumbing and Heating are the best in the business. They are reliable, reasonably priced, but most importantly they are honest. I have experienced several companies that try and take advantage of the customers.

My most recent experience occurred on Friday. A tenant in our building had an issue with their toilets and they called a different plumbing company to fix the issue. After several hours their conclusion was that there was a block in the line in the parking lot that would require the parking lot to be dug up, get a permit, and repair the line. Their estimate was between $8,000-$10,000.

Fortunately the tenant contacted us to get permission to complete the repair. We told them we would not move forward with something like that without a 2nd opinion.

We contacted Olson and they quickly found the block. It was NOT necessary to cut into the parking lot - just a simple repair.

They came first thing Saturday morning and the repair is going to cost only around $500-700 dollars. Had the repair been done on a weekday it would have likely been cheaper (since they were coming on a weekend)

This is a perfect example of why using a reputable and honest business is so important. Olson Plumbing and Heating have been in business for over 100 years for a reason.

As an additional warning to consumers: the plumbing company that gave the $8,000-$10,000 estimate pays their employees a commission. Their employees have an incentive to increase the cost of the repair because they earn 3% of the repair. Olson plumbing employees work by the hour and only have the customers interest in mind.
