Called about my leaking water heater. The plumber showed up exactly at the scheduled time. Every question I asked was answered with plenty of detail (I was curious about the trade-offs of tankless and electric water-heaters). The plumber was punctual, polite, patient, and obviously passionate about his work. He performed above and beyond, not just replacing the water heater, but making changes for robustness and convenience (the gas line valve was tucked back in a corner behind the water heater, and he moved it out so it could actually be reached, as well as a few other small changes to fix cramped valve placements), and also gave me advice about changes I need to make to my carbon monoxide detector placement in order to pass inspection. Although appearance isn't a priority, I have to say that I am pleased with the way the work looks visually, too. It looks clean and professional; leaps beyond the way it looked before.

As somebody who works for a small company, I always try to gravitate toward small local businesses for my needs. Sometimes you get burned by lazy amateurs, but it's worth it to find local driven professionals who take serious pride in their work.

Bill's Plumbing and Drain have been our company and family's go-to plumbing company for some time now. They are always friendly and helpful when scheduling. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are always on time and their pricing is fair. Bill's Plumbing and Drain also goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done properly. They have a warranty on all their work that they actually stand by and will come back out however many times it takes to make sure it’s done right. We have never needed to use the warranty but it’s nice to know it’s there! Bill's truly is a family owned and operated company that treats all of their customers like an extension of their family!

Todd was amazing. We contacted him in the evening on a Saturday, he got back to us within 1 hour. Explained the problem and he gave us an estimate to unclog the drain over the phone and stated if he could not unclog it there would be no charge. He was on site fixing the problem at 9:30 am Sunday morning. He was in and out with the problem fixed within 30 minutes. I chatted him up while he was working about my hot water heater. I was worried that it is from 1996 that maybe I should just replace it. Todd is a true professional with great integrity! Todd told me not to touch it unless there is a problem. And then I should only need to replace the heating element unless there is a leak, which will be much cheaper. I truly appreciated his impeccable honesty! Thank you Todd for helping us so promptly!

I texted Todd this Sunday morning at 9am just stating that the water heater is not maintaining its heat. Todd was so proactive to just stop by at noon to see the water heater and we have an appointment for Wednesday to fix the heating element. This company is amazing.

Jeremy fixed our water heater in about 15 minutes after another company told us we needed to get a new one. He and his son were so kind and answered all my questions about what was wrong and how they were fixing it. I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing help.

I have worked with a lot of plumbers over the years and these guys were the best overall experience I have ever had with a plumber.

On January 2019, we, the current home owner purchased a residential property. Wright Total Indoor Comfort is the same company that initially installed the original furnace. They are also the same company that inspected the furnace before it was sold to the current home owner, me. During the home inspection, they didn't not perform a thorough inspection and reported no furnace defects or any major issues. So, we bought the property with the assumption that the furnace was in good working condition.

In October 2019, we, the current home owner called Wright Total Indoor Comfort to inspect our furnace, because it was not heating. After multiple visits with at least 6 technicians from Wright Total Indoor Comfort coming into our home to perform an inspection, we finally agreed for Wright Total Indoor Comfort to install a new furnace. What the technicians discovered was that the furnace is inoperable in its current condition. The original furnace installation was installed incorrectly by Wright Total Indoor Comfort, thus causing the furnance to have a condensation buildup. Eventually damaging the furnance and preventing it from heating.

On October 24, 2019, two Wright Total Indoor Technicians came to install the NEW furnace and they were here at my house from 1000 AM to 700 PM. Before they left, they told us that our thermostat was not compatible with the furnace they installed. Now, we have to pay more money for them to install a new Nest Thermostate. The company failure to disclose this beforehand is a testament to the quality of their technicians. When the technicians left that same night, we found out that our water heater had no hot water.

On October 25, 2019, in the morning I had to boil hot water from my kitchen stove at 0700 AM so that my children, age 4 and 6 are cleaned and ready for school. For families with children, having both hot water and a working furnace are critical. I was not happy about this. I was even more upset later today when I got a call from the front desk, Tiffany, below.

On October 25, 2019, the front office personnel, Tiffany, called me. She said that Wright Total Indoor Comfort will not come out to complete their work and fix whatever mistakes their technicians made the night before on my water heater until we pay them for the other half of the invoice. We have already paid half of the bill up front prior to them installing the furnace. The total cost for the furnace was about $4,000 and we have already paid $2,000 up front. This is not small change. The is a great example of a company not taking responsibility of the careless work of their technicians or even sending qualified technicians.

I would not recommend this company to anyone due to the following issues:

1. Poor customer service
2. Poor or unqualified technicians
3. Poor management/scheduling of work
4. Failure of the company to take responsibility of the inspections performed by their company.

This company has been been reported to the BBB.
