Called about my leaking water heater. The plumber showed up exactly at the scheduled time. Every question I asked was answered with plenty of detail (I was curious about the trade-offs of tankless and electric water-heaters). The plumber was punctual, polite, patient, and obviously passionate about his work. He performed above and beyond, not just replacing the water heater, but making changes for robustness and convenience (the gas line valve was tucked back in a corner behind the water heater, and he moved it out so it could actually be reached, as well as a few other small changes to fix cramped valve placements), and also gave me advice about changes I need to make to my carbon monoxide detector placement in order to pass inspection. Although appearance isn't a priority, I have to say that I am pleased with the way the work looks visually, too. It looks clean and professional; leaps beyond the way it looked before.

As somebody who works for a small company, I always try to gravitate toward small local businesses for my needs. Sometimes you get burned by lazy amateurs, but it's worth it to find local driven professionals who take serious pride in their work.

Mark came out and gave us a 2nd opinion after another company recommended some pretty expensive work. He explained and showed us everything on his cool pipe camera. He was quick to respond, honest, professional, and reasonably priced. I'll be keeping Mark on speed dial should we need help in the future!

Affordable Plumbing and Heating went above and beyond my expectations. After having out basement flood with sewer waste from a backup, we gave them a call at 10pm. They were at my home within the hour and immediately got to work to try to unclog the line. After only getting so far, they gave a professional opinion about our next steps and guided us through what we needed to do. The gentleman that showed up was courteous and very knowledgeable. The whole process went very smoothly and professionally. It was such a late night but they showed up and helped us out as much as they could. We will continue to use them for the rest of our plumbing issues going forward and I highly reccomend them to anyone.

I called Leo's in the morning and asked if I could have someone come by late in the afternoon. While they weren't able to give an exact time, they said it would be after 3:00. Boom, at 3:00 I got a call that someone was on their way. Edwardo showed up and took care of cleaning out the lines to my house. He was very friendly, and efficient and I'm glad he was the one who showed up. Going to use Leo's again if the need arises. Thank you!

Bill's Plumbing cleared out the clogged main line in my house. They showed up earlier than expected, which was a relief! They were very professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I had Sveagle Plumbing out the day before and they tried to convince me that the main line was completely collapsed and needed to be replaced for $14,000-16,000! Luckily I called Bill's Plumbing and they had no problem clearing out the main line. I highly recommend Bill's Plumbing and am now a dedicated customer of theirs, and won't call anyone else!

Either One Source tried to rip me off with bogus claims about what was wrong with my A/C or they're incredibly inept at doing the most basic checks before diagnosing an issue. Either way, my experience with them is worthy of a 1-star review.After my A/C suddenly stopped working on a Saturday, I called One Source and they sent someone out to my house that evening. After looking over the unit for only 5 minutes, I was given a diagnosis of an over-amping condenser that needed to be replaced as well as a busted fan. He told that repairs would cost at least $5,500 and that I would be better off getting a whole new system for $8,200.Something didn't seem right, so I had another HVAC professional I know come and check it out two days latter. Pretty quickly he found that the capacitor had gone out; no power was running out of it and it was visibly mushrooming at the top. He replaced the capacitor (a $5 part), charged me a small fee for labor, and was in and out within 20 minutes. The machine works perfectly again. The condenser and fan are both fine and there is no over-amping detected.I would not trust what you hear from this company when it comes to repairs. Be sure to get a second quote before agreeing to any service.

We needed a vanity install which required the water lines to be shifted a bit. Western Peak plumbing was able to come out the next day to do the install. James did an awesome job! we love our new vanity and will definitely be calling Wester Peak Plumbing when we remodel the next bathroom.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Always Plumbing & Heating. My wife and I have been clients of theirs since 1995 and have never had any issues with their work whatsoever. They remodeled both bathrooms in our home, and do regular maintenance work on our furnace and drains. Whenever anyone asks who I would recommend for plumbing or heating work I always refer these guys because they are excellent at what they do.

I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!
