True professional. Goes the extra step. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and the quality of his work. He patiently explained everything he was doing. Additionally, as the toilet was pulled out, he noticed that the wall was recently painted, except for where the tank had been. ..so he asked me if I had any of the paint. I did. Jeff waited to finish while I touched up the paint. He did not have to do that. ...he could have said nothing and been on his way sooner. I am exceptionally thankful for his customer service. You can bet we will be using him again.

If you smell fishy on their quote, then you are probably correct. Switch to another company right away.We had a broken Chimney pipe in a rental property. The technician quoted us >10,000 to replace the whole furnace, water heater and the whole pipe system. Otherwise, he won't do anything because he would risk his license. As a property manager, we have seen this pressure sales enough. They sell you big on small problems. We immediately called another service provider. On the same day, a licensed technician fixed the problem with less than $200 charge (as we expected). It is an old house, but the lady is in need of heat, not your new equipment list. What makes this company even more funny is the office lady call herself as debit collector to ask for the trip fee of $75. I wonder how many unhappy customers do you have so that you have to fake yourself as debit collector to collect bill? I am glad to pay $75 to know this is the company I will never call again.

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Our 11 year old water heater began leaking, and they had a repairman out within 2 hours to replace it. excellent service and a reasonable price.

I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!

Installed water heater. Failed inspections 5 times, when it seemed it might be complete, it failed inspection because the water heater was not to be installed in mobilehome. They installed a different one. Had to replace roof vent. After a month I thought it was finally finished. We got rain and the roof leaked badly. I reported the leak to them and they came out several times. I explained the roof vented needed to be replaced After 8 months of them not correcting this problem, I called a roofing company and had the vent replaced. I called Wright Plumbing and expressed they should reimburse me for the repair. I was told they would not because I did not give them a chance to repair it. I felt 8 months of water leaking into my house was plenty of time. The workmanship and customer service is the worst
