Tiffany took my call and was so nice and professional that early in the morning and the Tech. Aaron was very good! He explained everything, gave us options, fixed everything and he is one of those people you can trust. Extremely knowledgeable. It was the best experience with a Heating Company I've every had on my 30+ years here in my home.

Installed new faucet for my bathroom remodeling. Excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable and experienced plumber. Best I seen in Colorado Springs!

Scheduled an appointment to have two hose bibs looked at and likely replaced. They were extremely late and would only do one of them, even though the appointment was for both. But scheduled a follow on appointment for the second one. They then pulled a no show and no call for the second appointment. I had to use an other plumber for the second. The work quality once here was good, and they did explain thing. But did leave some trash up in the ceiling that I had to toss out. Add this to being late and then pulling a no show were the final straws. My time is important and I would at least expect a company to call me if they can’t show up.

I called these guys based off of their high reviews and I was not disappointed at all. Ed came to my house exactly when he said he would (after calling to give me a heads up) and fixed everything perfectly. He explained to me exactly what he was doing, and gave me advice about how I can take better care of things so that it doesn't happen again. He had to do a lot of work, but he was friendly and professional throughout. I can't recommend this company, or Ed, enough.

ZERO Stars if possible. Just got off the phone with Olson. I have NEVER had such horrible customer service! After calling 2 weeks ago and sending a request for information I got snubbed and hung up on. Christina in service is by far the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with. After a couple of sighs of annoyance when I asked for information on opening a new commercial account, she grudgingly told me she didn't care about anything I had asked about and refused to give me information. We have 5 commercial building at 15K Square feet plus in each and aren't pesant nobodies. After she hung up she had the nerve to call my number back and hang up again as to see if i was an actual customer or not. If this is who represents Olson heating and plumbin, then STAY AWAY AND DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Seriously I feel very insulted and would NEVER recommend then to anyone let alone do business with them.

I had an emergency water leak up in Divide. Rick was on it immediately. Saved my well for sure and repaired the leak and whatever was needed. Thanks a million!

Had one of the Frazier valley guys come out and clean an tune my water heater very quick,easy,an affordable would definitely recommend.

James serviced my furnace and a/c. He found several things wrong which should have been picked up with last years inspection ( another company). I was impressed with his knowledge and all the high tech devices he used to verify what he was actually doing. No more guess work. James was very courteous and easy to talk to and explained each step. I will certainly have them come again.Thank you James.

Decent service depending on the plumber, terrible communication from the office, I was not warned or properly marked of a water main when they had turned it off to a large building

I will recommend them all day! They will almost always do what they can to fit you in their schedule. Honest, kind, and hardworking! They replaced our hot water heater , and I have no complaints.

Mike the repairman was efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job. There were some scheduling issues, but they fixed it. Both times I've interacted with this company they were straight forward and honest about the cost of the repair, what the issues were and things to look out for in the future. I would use them again.

This is company is great! They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable and always take the time to explain things to you. They have been to our house several times and every experience with them has been impressive. I have mostly dealt with Jim and he is very professional. Today we had a water leak in the basement and he was at our house 30 min after I called and fixed our problem very efficiently.

Driver with the Ford f250 white with plate # OXE227 just came inches from smashing my car cutting over on Jerry Murphy just now. I'm honking away but he has on these giant head phones and can't hear a thing. You should not have unsafe drivers like this working for you!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.
