Jonas was our plumber today. He was courteous, kept us informed of his arrival time and was agreeable about wearing a mask as we requested. He was extremely pleasant and thoroughly explained all the work he was going to do and why and what needed to be done. He has fixed two leaking toilets and we are very grateful. We had our basement drain backing up through the kitchen sink and shower. Richard from Leo's was sent out and was super impressive. He helped me know exactly what was going on, fixed the problem quickly, gave me a couple life hacks on other problems I had and had overall awesome customer service. When he was done, he even cleaned the gunk at the bottom of the shower which was the last thing I expected him to do. He was kind, nice and professional. Found Leo's through Facebook, hadn't used them before but I'll be using them again. Oh yeah, I called around 2:30 and they came that same day at 4:00. Super nice over the phone as well. I'm gushing so I'll stop but it's hard in a world where often people are trying to rip you off. Feel like I could trust these guys, and they were very fairly priced.

Tried calling several times to set up appointment. Middle of a Thursday morning. No answer, no way to leave message.

Cassie came to my home to perform preventative maintenance and check of my HVAC system. She was very informative, thorough, and courteous. Thank you Cassie. My original 1-star rating was upgraded following Cassie’s service…. She was punctual and professional. HOWEVER, after the fact follow on appointments had been scheduled two weeks ago for this morning but no call and no show. Called the office and sat on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. Save yourself the headache and search elsewhere. Bottom line, quality businesses do not operate in this manner.

Nate was able to schedule me the day I called. He was courteous, calling me twice to let me know when he'd be there, and fixed our clogged toilet very quickly and inexpensively. I will definitely use Nates Plumbing again!

I got Enki Plumbing info from another page where people often go to ask for recommendations. I had previously called another company and am still waiting for a return call (over a week ago). I reached out on the Enki Plumbing website and sent a message through there. Charles called me within 10 minutes asking what I needed help with. My original issue was with a toilet but I also mentioned my sink not draining. He got me in within the week - which I was quite thrilled. Charles arrived at the start of the window he gave - even calling 15 minutes out to say he was on his way. When he arrived, the toilet was working just fine (of course), so Charles said if it happened again to reach out. He checked out the sink and showed me exactly what was going on and offered to fix it for a fair and reasonable price. As he fixed it, he explained what was going on and did several checks to make sure everything was just fine. Every aspect from the call, to the fix, to the clean up was very professional, courteous, and clean!!!! I will certainly be reaching out again and recommending!!!!!

I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!
