I was very impressed with the responsiveness of the office staff . They answered the phone promptly in a Monday morning, where others I called sent me to a full mail box. My technician was knowledgeable and completed his repairs in a timely fashion. I was overall very pleased with this service and would use them again.

A++! After a 2 year long battle of back ups from a toilet in our new-build home and our warranty company trying to convince us the toilet was fine, we had Leo's come out to do an independent scope of the toilet. Jeremiah was fantastic: professional, efficient, thorough, and very experienced in explaining to us what the scope showed. In less than an hour he was able to find the construction defect that had been causing all our issues, among other things to possibly address. He also got all the initial reports back to us in less than 24hrs for us to be able to submit to our warranty company at a meeting we had scheduled the next day. 10/10 recommend them!

The plumbers were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very efficient and were here less than 90 minutes performing both tasks. We're fortunate to have had them here.

Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

These folks are the best. Very informative. Coral and Kendall were professional, polite, and friendly. I felt like they were looking after me and not the pocketbook. I have COPD and I had a rough idea what I wanted to accomplish with the visit. Coral looked out for my best interests and what I needed for my health. They are the best. Ed installed a 20 ft gas line for a range. His work was very neat and professionally done. First time using and I was impressed and pleased with his service. I will continue to use him from here on.

Josh Friede came to our home promptly at 7 am to determine the problem with our water heater. The technicians, he said would come to install a new water heater, had the day off so he came back and took care of the job himself. We were extremely satisfied with how Josh handled the installation alone. We have had work done before by Smith Plumbing and feel they give great customer service.

Lucas came to check out my water heater and adressed the issue right away, he was professional and knowledgeable, also great prices compared to other companies out there, I highly recommend him, call them and get your plumbing issues taken care by them!!!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Rick and his team were amazing. They were personable, professional and answered all our questions. They installed a gas line and hooked up our dishwasher (that came with no wiring or the correct plumbing). Through patience and problem solving we have a wonderful gas line and a working dishwasher. I have already referred Rick to several of my friends and can't speak any higher of a contractor.

My 15-year-old water heater sprung a massive leak. After getting the water shut off, I perused replacement heaters on Home Depot's website, and had a Delta Mechanical repairman, Andrew Coleman, at my house before the end of the day. Andrew did a great job of communicating with me. He let me know that his early job had a number of code issues and that he would not arrive until the end of his scheduled service window. Once he did, he swapped out the heaters in under two hours. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and customer service!

I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!
