As a owner of a property management company it is always great to have vendors you can count on when there is no one else you can call. This has happened many times with Jeff' s company Power plumbing. there is no worries the job will be done right .

I was having several plumbing problems at the same time. Although there was a minor scheduling problem at the beginning, it did get rescheduled. Dillon came to the rescue!!!! And he did a fabulous job. He was very friendly and was willing to show me what was going on. I learned a thing or two from him, and he gave me some tricks to help with future problems. He was extremely helpful. He was also very good with my dog. I will definitely use Affordable Plumbing and Heat in the future, and I will request DILLON!!!!!!Kristen K. (and Lola)

Not great service. Repair person didn't really know what he was doing. Didn't bring the right parts even though I sent in detailed pictures. I had to find another plumber to complete the job.

They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

We had our HVAC units and exterior AC units serviced. Andres was awesome. With costs rising on everything, he discussed the One Source annual preventative membership plan. We opted to purchase that from him. I would highly recommend One Source to call and Andres as your service tech.

12 years ago we selected HVAC Solutions to install our AC unit in our newly constructed home. I was concerned I didn't go with the builder on the AC unit but the price through the builder was exorbitant. We financed the unit through a third party that HVAC Solutions sales person brought to the table and our terms were 1 year same as cash. We paid off the unit in a year and there were NO fees or interest. Fantastic financing package. The install by the HVAC Solutions team along with the electrician they contracted with had the unit in and running in under 4 hours. Wow, and not a sloppy job at all. Very uptight install and completed cleaned up after themselves (no wire snipping in the rocks outside or sloppy work in the circuit breaker board). The unit has worked great without an issue for 10 years. After making the mistake last year of having another company come out and service the unit, we had an issue with a new board installed and less than a year later it was out again. We called HVAC Solutions this time and Sean came out and diagnosed the problem, the reason for the problem, went over the overall health of our furnace, blower and AC unit, and fixed our problem at a great price. Thanks HVAC SOLUTIONS. We will recommend you 7 days a week and twice on Sundays.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

The guys that came to our house were sweet, respectful, clean, professional…. The list goes on. They referred to my husband and I as “sir” or M’am”, which was not at all expected, but noticed. Quentin was professional and clear in his run-down of the cost and services rendered. Will (and I realize this isn’t a game changer for most, but it mattered to me) made friends with my traumatized, untrusting adopted dog when pup was acting aggressively. He put time in to make friends with my boy, and that’s not easy! Again, that’s not a plumbing/heating expectation, but it meant a lot to this family!
At the end of the job, a supervisor came and checked all work and reassured us about upcoming city inspections.
We couldn’t ask for more!
