One Source provided excellent service. James was efficient in analysis. He explained all problems at the customer level and had pictures to aid in explaining. He offered options to repair or purchase. Based on the safety hazards of our existing equipment and the age of the equipment, we decided to purchase new air conditioning and furnace units. He also explained payment plan options. He was very personable , polite and courteous. Our install is scheduled for one week out, which I think is very good. I highly recommend One Source Home Service to anyone. Michael and another co-worker came out to do the replacement. They worked hard all day - it was a big job! They did a great job. An electrician came out at the appropriate time to do his work. And Justin came out to check everything and show us how to use the control unit. We have been monitoring our usage daily. We are thrilled with how low the $ energy usage has been each day. The savings on our electric bill will significantly help offset our monthly payment for the new system. We are very pleased with all the One Source Home Service personnel and the equipment.

They did a fantastic job and the cost was less than expected. They even fixed a few other minor unrelated issues and didn't charge for them. I'll be calling them again if I experience any further problems.
