I called on this business for a leak I was experiencing. The initial evaluation was tough to pinpoint. The technician contacted the management team to bounce off and assist. Curtis and Matt stopped by the following day identifying the issue. This saved me a leak detect service fee. They were patient with my questions to understand issue. The work for now is about replacing tile and they even provided a couple references. Grateful for integrity of this business to follow through on tough job and provide me direction to work to get resolved.

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

We initially called John to come and look at our ac unit. We knew it wasn't working and it was old. (From 2007) turned out we needed a new unit, evaporator, coil and furnace. All were wearing out shortly, and I need the ac out here in Canon City. We also got our ducting resealed (it had tons of holes, that diminished the efficiency of the ducts) so we got a cleaning for the dirt on our ducting, microbial cleaning and install a UV light in the ducting. Everything was quick and done professionally! We got it done quick as well which was a blessing! Called sat and had it all installed mon. Kudos to Marcus/Christopher for the cleaning and aeroseal and Adam and his assistant for the furnace and ac unit install!

We asked Ed to install new plumbing into a new kitchenette sink from the bathroom on the other side of the wall. Naturally, this proved to be more complicated and difficult than it appeared, but Ed proved resourceful and experienced, and overcame the many obstacles that existed. He worked tirelessly to finish the job, cleaning up thoroughly after doing a fabulous job. Very impressed and very grateful--highly recommend!

I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!

The other review is right, the owner is jerk.

This company is under new ownership and management and they are terrible. It is really sad what they have done to this staple in the community. I would never recommend.
