I'm not sure if they squeezed us in to a busy schedule or not, but they came and got our job done, which was updating piping to meet code. However, in the process, it doesn't seem there was any preparation involved. They left a mess along multiple areas that they cut in to. Paint and other finishes were chipped and damaged.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

I had an estimate done 1 month ago for some plumbing g work and I called them 3 ti.es for the estimate and they kept telling me the estimator will contact me soon.

I am the owner of The Swimmery, a members-only, outdoor swim club, and I have worked with several plumbing contractors in the past who will not get the job done on time...excuses, excuses, excuses. Rick shows up and works until the job is done. He is friendly, professional and goes the extra mile. He also promptly came all the way out to my home in Falcon on the weekend recently to fix a gas leak. I hope to never have to call another plumber again. I had no hot water at my place and I called B&L to investigate the issue. They came in a timely manner and took care of the problem quickly. The technician called me and explained that he re-lit the water heater and cleaned and inspected the thermocouple. Their service was good however the charge was mind boggling to me. In addition they quoted me a new water heater in the case I needed it which I didn't at the time but a week later my water heater busted and I called another company which ended up replacing the water heater that same day for $1,600 less than what B&L quoted me at. They also added more work and replaced several pipes and valves for that charge. Even they were shocked at B&L's prices. I commend B&L's service but question their prices.

Absolutely excellent service. My water heater needed to be replaced and they were able to come out same day for the evaluation, and had it fixed the next day. They dealt with the Colorado Springs Utilities employees that were hassling us about our current meter placement and were determined to have our hot water back on that night. David did a phenomenal job. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a competent trustworthy plumber to get them back up and running quick.

I made a same day appointment to have a whole house filter installed and Walter was the technician they sent out. He was very professional and did research to try and find me the best option for my situation. Great customer service. Will definitely refer Alphalete and use them in the future!

Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Shawn and Rob drove up to Parker and fix my air conditioning and gave me an estimate to upgrade our furnace. He beat a local plumbing and heating firm by $1500 on the repair of the air conditioner and beat the quote for a new furnace by $3000. They are the best and if you have any plumbing or heating issues, you need to contact them....their work is outstanding and they will give you the best price!
