My son lives in Colorado Springs and I live in Pennsylvania. They were dealing with extreme high water pressure and I coordinated this project from PA with this company. Todd was amazing and completed the project the next day. They installed a pressure reducing valve. From what my son told me, Xavier who did the repair was professional and kept them informed of when they would arrive at the house. It was so refreshing working with this company that had friendly and knowledgeable service. I would highly recommend them.

HVAC Solutions replaced a thermostat at my business and charged a small fortune. It took a week for them to order the right thermostat and install it. Two months later, the thermostat stopped working. When we called for a warranty replacement, the Service Manager said they will no longer service our business because things always break (isn't that what business you're in, to fix stuff?!?). When I asked to speak with the Service Manager, he was unavailable, and finally after threatening them with lawsuit, they sent a repair specialist. The repair specialist said a breaker was popped and to call an electrician.

The electrician said the breaker was fine. We called another HVAC repair company and they fixed everything HVAC Solutions could not repair.

If you're reading this and still debating on using HVAC Solutions -- DON'T! Save yourself the frustration and find another company. This company needs to find another Service Manager who will train a better staff and communicate with customers.

When having another company in town do a regular furnace tune up in our recently purchased home, it was brought to our attention that we were going to need a new furnace, but their prices felt too high. I called Olson before those guys left my house and even without being in my house were able to give me an estimate on a better unit for thousands $$$ lower. Alex with Olson is normally a foreman, but was the one that came to do an estimate, and wow! He was phenomenal! He also recommend replacing our furnace, but he put all the concerns that the other guys had to rest. His 30 years of experience/passion/ knowledge was very obvious and he was able to help us decide on the appropriate unit for our home and family. Even though we weren't planning on getting a new AC unit, he also talked through future options on that too but was not pushy at all; he was truly serving our family as best he could. Within days, we had a new more-efficient furnace installed. We have three little kids including a new born and our heat was starting to go out; they moved up our timeline and got things rolling even faster. If we're needing a major appliance change or just a yearly tune-up, Olson will always have our business after these multiple interactions. Rick is very dependable and helpful. Excellent plumbing, heating and mechanical came through for us in a tough situation. They were there for us when we needed them. Very grateful customer.

The mechanic Andrew Coleman, showed up exactly when he said he would, was friendly and informative. It was clear that he enjoyed doing his job.
I thought that an entire crew was going to show up for hours, but Andrew got it done in a couple short hours, by himself!!!
I am a new homeowner and will be using Delta Mechanical from now on.

Curtis is awesome! Before coming out to fix my water heater he actually took the time to first make sure my gas was turned on and then stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the pilot lighting procedure... TWICE just to be certain. Who does that these days? Turns out that didn't fix it, but wow.... Fantastic above and beyond customer service!!!

Oakview Mechanical did an EXCELLENT job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. Tim provided a fair estimate and also took the lead on getting the job done in a timely manner. Thank you!

I used FMS to replace two sinks in my master bath (one had cracked, so I had to replace both on a double vanity to match). Starting with Kris Smith, who went above and beyond researching different repair/replacement options, the FMS team was simply amazing. The plumbers were professional, efficient, and most importantly, great at their jobs. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did and I absolutely know who I will be calling for any future plumbing needs.

My shower valve cracked and had to be replaced. Both owners came out hours after giving me a really reasonable quote and fixed it in like 30 minutes. They even gave me the nicer part which would have normally cost more because they got it on sale. Highly recommend these guys!

HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jason and Mike!! They did incredible work on our house with the new furnace and AC install. We have an old home and doing big upgrades like that is a pain and they were able to work with us to get that done in the best way possible. Not only that, they were incredibly polite and kind guys that did excellent work. I highly recommend Comfort by Design for their quality work at a competitive price!
