Ray the plumber was fantastic. Totally professional and honest. Didn't try to upsell and patiently explained exactly what I needed. Completed the work quickly and with no need to clean up, and on a Sunday afternoon of all things. Can't say enough good things about Ray's service and I'm not one to recommend easily.

Great overall experience. Excellent service from scheduling me quickly, the technicians were prompt, very helpful answering my questions and efficient at getting my water heater replaced all at a very competitive price (I always shop around before selecting a service provider). Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Smiths plumbing and heating has been our go to service for several years. Our most recent service, provided by Ridge Whitesel was nothing short of excellent. Something we’ve come to expect from Smiths, but still appreciate. Ridge took time out of his busy schedule to explain my options, as well as give me an honest, down to earth explanation of my current needs vs what could wait. Along with his personal opinion. Ridge introduced himself to my children and they really hit it off.
