I will be using his services again. Also he made time in his evening to fix the problem the same day. Tenants we very happy with the results and I am happy with the price. This is what a successful business model should look like.

I've used this business for several years to unclog drains and repair plumbing. I've found their work to be high quality and generally reasonable in price. (nothing decent is cheap). I will continue to use them on my rentals and personal residence going forward and I suggest you give them a try as well. NOTE: Try not to be put off by the front desk staff, they're light on the customer service skills but I didn't call a charm school, I called a plumber.

I used them lately for a commercial backflow test and of course they were reasonable and professional. BUT I need to say this about an experience with them after the pink plumbers SMITHS PLUMBING came to my house. They said they wanted $9,000 to replace my heater and they would not just fix it. AND after I refused, they jacked up the quoted estimate of $29 to $200 or so (it was about that much). I said no and I never got billed. LITTLE OLD LADIES BEWARE. Anyway Mike’s Plumbing’s business model is honest and professional work and they are so nice.

This company is a joke. They will tell you they will be there and then cancel with no notice leaving you waiting. Getting an answer as to why they dont show up is out of the question. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS?!!!
