Mark at Pro Power Rooter Service answered his phone, came to my home as soon as he could and took care of the job regardless of the fact it wasn't finished until 2am. On top of that, he charged me a price that was more than fair and I guarantee a lot less expensive than his competition would have charged. Call Mark, you won't be sorry or over charged, ever.

This place is down right nefarious. Also they apparently don’t perform services on Monday. They made an appointment which caused me to leave work losing time and money to meet them on THEIR time, and then they never showed for the scheduled appointment. Then I called them 2 days later (not one attempt from Leo’s to reschedule) they said there was an “emergency” with the technician and had to reschedule - but they couldn’t be the ones to call I had to in order to find out why they never performed agreed services. I rescheduled again and stated to call me when they are 30 minutes out so I can leave work AGAIN and be there. No call, no response. Then they sent a bill saying they came and were refused entry to use a power source. What world do you operate in? No one was at the residence hence the CALL 30 minutes out request. Awful.

I strongly recommend Oak View Mechanical. Their technician, Joseph, was very professional in the way he conducted himself. He was polite, answered any questions I had, and even covered his feet before coming into the house. It's obvious their technicians are well educated and make worthwhile recommendations.

I used them lately for a commercial backflow test and of course they were reasonable and professional. BUT I need to say this about an experience with them after the pink plumbers SMITHS PLUMBING came to my house. They said they wanted $9,000 to replace my heater and they would not just fix it. AND after I refused, they jacked up the quoted estimate of $29 to $200 or so (it was about that much). I said no and I never got billed. LITTLE OLD LADIES BEWARE. Anyway Mike’s Plumbing’s business model is honest and professional work and they are so nice.

Shane was a big help with a pipe that burst in the house. He was very professional and caring with the situation I had. He had it fixed quickly and was very willing to work with my schedule. I'll definitely call again for any plumbing needs.

I've used Pikes Peak Mechanical for years now. They've always done a great job with my plumbing needs, but also sprinkler blowouts (not commonly known, but they blow out sprinkler heads too!). In fact, they were the only company that was able to handle my irrigation system, as I don't have a backflow device, which makes connecting an air compressor tricky.

I was worried after 3 separate plumbers failed to be able to fix our stopped up drain in the basement. Dan's Drain crew came out the next day and we were certain major demo in concrete was going to have to happen but INSTEAD they pulled out crazy things from the drain and all within a few hours getting us fixed and going. I called priority plumbing as soon as we found a leak under our house on a Sunday. They were one of the only companies to answer right away and sent Paul out the very next morning. Paul was great when it came to finding the problem with our sewer line. He recommended a mitigation team to come out and clean the area before he could do the plumbing work and he set up the appointment for us. The mitigation team was out cleaning up the next day on Tuesday and Paul came back out about an hour after everything was cleaned and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this company and their timely responses to an emergency situation!
