True professional. Goes the extra step. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and the quality of his work. He patiently explained everything he was doing. Additionally, as the toilet was pulled out, he noticed that the wall was recently painted, except for where the tank had been. ..so he asked me if I had any of the paint. I did. Jeff waited to finish while I touched up the paint. He did not have to do that. ...he could have said nothing and been on his way sooner. I am exceptionally thankful for his customer service. You can bet we will be using him again.

Dan has done several jobs for us in the past and his work is very good however he is not vaccinated and unapologetic event though we explained that we have vulnerable elderly people in the house. He threw off his mask and stormed out of the house when we asked him to wear it. He will not be invited back.

The gentleman who came out took his time making sure that his diagnoses of my plumbing issue was accurate. I really appreciated this and that he gave me the option to take care of the issue myself and steps to do it. I would recommend

Horrible service. Technician was hours late with no call. No estimate. When questioned about chages the tech screamed “forget it” and sped out of my neighborhood. Never again.

Very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to work me in his schedule and finished the job quickly. Answered all my questions and gave me tips on things to watch out for based on my current installation, with suggestions for upgrades and improvements if I have any other issues. 100% will come back to him in the future.

They had someone available that same day, he came and installed our system so professionally and so quickly! He came with the equipment and parts he needed without knowing what he would find when he got here. I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!

I had new floors put in and it required disconnecting a toilet, sink and washing machine. I was told in advance a plumber would have to reinstall the toilet and sink and I have (now had) a membership with One Source so I booked an appointment. The original appointment was canceled due to challenges during flooring (not related to the work, just the house) and called again when I had a good idea of completion. The next appointment was delayed due to One Source not having personnel to handle the work and I agreed (reluctantly) to a new appointment the following week. That appointment was today. They called around noon to ask if they could show up early and then showed up within the appointment window (not early). Looked at the work to be done and quoted me $1100. Note, I'm not asking for a new toilet, sink or washer, just a rehookup of the existing equipment. Never again will I use them!

I called two other plumbing service before calling Western Peak Plumbing yesterday and they were booked out a few weeks. When I called Western Peak Plumbing and explained the issue they were able to squeeze me in today. The guys that fixed our faucet were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

My kitchen sink basins were backed up with dirty and smelly water due to a suspected blockage somewhere downstream. We were desperate to get back on line with dish washing and food preparation tasks. The assigned Happy Plumber technician (Erik) came to the rescue. Erik's troubleshooting skills were evident, incrementally tracing down potential areas for blockage. His analytical capabilities, the right equipment, and persistence paid off, in retrospect, with a very problematic blockage and difficult access to concealed piping and only one Cleanout port. We are delighted with the results and the outstanding work performed by the Happy Plumber Co. I give them a '10' out of 10 rating.

I called Ed in an emergency when our pipes froze and I had no idea what to do. Not only did get get over to our house right away but also talked me through what to do over the phone. He was quick, honest and affordable. I highly recommend Always!

Josh Frieda was polite came out took care of the situation in no time at all. He notice that my water heater was installed back in 2008 and I might need to think about replacing it soon and I have the quote and I might just be giving Smith and plumbing a call. Thank you Josh
