Best Installation in Colorado Springs CO

Jeff gave me a clear diagnosis for a problem I had been having for a month. I had two other plumbers give me bad info which Jeff readily corrected. I highly recommend Jeff to work on any of your plumbing needs.

Jorge Espinoza was extremely professional, experienced, on time and knowledgable. His work was excellent with no issues! We highly recommend this company, especially Horge Espinoza.

Dan has done several jobs for us in the past and his work is very good however he is not vaccinated and unapologetic event though we explained that we have vulnerable elderly people in the house. He threw off his mask and stormed out of the house when we asked him to wear it. He will not be invited back.

The Colorado Springs office has put us off now 4 times after we scheduled the initial installation of our furnace and AC coils. The first time they didn't even remember to put us on the schedule at all, so they rescheduled us for the following week. The day they were to come out, they called in the morning to move the appointment from that morning to that afternoon, during which time they did not finish the job. They were at our house until 7pm that evening. We were told they would come back the following morning between 8am-10am to finish the job, and nobody showed up. We then received a phone call at 11am telling us that nobody could be out to finish things until between 3pm-5pm. The scheduling has been highly unprofessional, and we have been disappointed with their dedication to getting things completed. Every reschedule that has been made has been a convenience to them and an inconvenience to us, and we do not plan on doing business with this company again.

I have used Leo’s Sewer, Drain & Plumbing for quite a few years. I have never been disappointed.

I cannot remember everyone’s name through the years that provided me service, but the genuine concern & professionalism is constant.

Today I discovered my drain pipes were so clogged with grease, it was a miracle that they drained at all.

I made a call to Leo’s (Jess & Jo) & I was treated with respect, and concern and they squeezed me in between scheduled calls, called back to let me know service was on the way.

Once Mikal and Cody arrived, the concern for my particular issue was thoroughly addressed and acted on with professionalism and concern.

These two worked in concert with each other like they’ve worked several jobs together.

They had the job done, double checked to ensure my issue was addressed completely and with minimal cleanup.

I would recommend Leo’s without reservation.

Great job installing new water heater in a crawlspace.

Phillip did a great job cleaning my windows and screens as well as the tracks which were really dirty. He is very efficient. I will use him again and I highly recommend him.

Called to have the pressure tank for our well serviced. Even though Jeremy was booked out a week, he took the time to review photos and make a well service company recommendation! Above and beyond service.

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

I would not recommend this company! I was not told in my initial phone call that I would be billed for point to point time, only that the hourly rate was $85/hr. The plumber showed up around 9:00 am, left for an hour or so to get parts, and completed the job by 11:30. He basically only worked for an hour, and I was billed for 3-1/2 hours of labor! When I googled the travel time from their office to my house, it was 15 minutes of travel time. I don't know where he went to get parts, but it doesn't seem right that I was charged for this time. I will never use their services again, I definitely feel cheated!

Lead installer, Bryan Brooks, did a great job installing my new heater. He and Daniel replaced the unit in under two hours. He also came back the next day to assist me with the smart thermostat I had installed. The problem was on my end; not knowing how the new multi-sensor unit worked. We agreed to install the units thermostat for the time being to ensure unit's best performance. Bryan was very pleasant and courteous.

I just want to say that we had both an air conditioning and heating unit installed in our house. Bill was our go to guy for this job. He took care of us and made sure everything got done that needed to get done. There were some hiccups along the way but Smith plumbing worked hard to make sure everything got done the way it needed to get done. The unit has heated and cooled our house well so far. Thank you for all of your help.

the owner is very rude especially to his employees! For a customer to see that on the job more then once is disgusting I will never use him again.

The only reason it isn't a five star is that the office staff are incompetent. I made an appointment in September for October while I was on vacation, I was given a 1pm-5pm window.Nobody came and when I called they said my appointment was for the following week. Since my vacation is a set time I knew I hadn't made the mistake. I rescheduled for first call of the day November 22, 8:15-9:15am so I wouldn't have to have a 3-4 hour window. By 9am I called and the woman said I was scheduled for 9:30 and the tech was at his first call. I didn't cuss or anything though I was pissed at that point. I called back at 9:30 and the woman told me I was in the 9am-12pm window, I asked to speak to a manager.I had wasted 6 hours waiting due to the incompetence of the office staff. The manager, Shelby, was super kind and apologetic. She offered to discount the call and contacted the tech to get a more specific time. Jim was the tech and as always, he was awesome. Jim and Shelby made it right, I will use them again next year and hope they have better schedulers.
