This company has come out to the place that I'm renting 4 maybe 5 times in the past 3yrs and they still can't fix the problem. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Promp, curious. Friendly, very knowledgeable. This is the only plumbing service our family uses. They have solved plumbing problems other companies were unable to diagnose properly. We love the professional, courteous service we have always received over the years.

They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

He came with the equipment and parts he needed without knowing what he would find when he got here. Fred got me in the schedule the same day for a sewer scope and explained everything in detail to me. He also made a video of the scope. We will be going through his company for the repairs.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

While I was deployed to Qatar, my wife called Olsen plumbing to fix a sewage smell in our basement. They came out, ran a snake, did something called a smoke test, charged us $446.50, and the sewage smell is still there. Bottom line, they charged us over $400 to fix nothing.

I ran into issues with a DIY hot water heater replacement and called D&L for help. They were one of the few who had same day availability.

The plumber D&L sent, John, was on time, well prepared, and very knowledgeable of hot water heater installs and codes. He knew the tricks I expect from a true professional and easily resolved the issues that derailed me. He also brought my gas feed line up to code since he was in there.

I have used a different plumbing company every time I have had a problem, but after this positive experience, I will be calling D&L first.

Update: the hot water heater passed inspection on the first go.

Matthew Bullock is one of the most professional guys I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. His attention to detail as well as his positive professionalism was amazing. He made me and my wife very comfortable as well as kept giving us updates along the way of the repair. He got the job done in a timely manner and triple checked his work. I received a text asking for feedback on Greg T.'s recent visit (a small plumbing job), but in order to use it I had to sign into Google, which is always a pain in the neck, and today wouldn't recognize the email address I offered. The fact is that Parkey's service is always first-rate and reasonably priced. In the past they have installed a/c, repaired the hot water heater etc. and we wouldn't call anybody else.

Very bad, called them to come out with not toilets working and waste in my tub. They made an appointment because they had no one on call. Then 30 minutes after my appointment window they called me and asked if they could push me back. I told them no I have nothing working and a kid at home with the stomach flu. They still cancelled my appointment anyway on a Friday. Very disappointed

I can't speak for his workmanship but don't call Jeff if you are immunocompromised or have any concerns about COVID. He refuses to wear a mask in your home, which is only professional conduct protecting his customers and himself. It also would have been nice if he would have told me before I waited all day for him to show up. It would have saved us both time and energy.
