I sincerely regret calling this company. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a lack of professionalism and customer care in a small business. Sounds like we had an experience like a lot of others - not showing up when scheduled and then failing to get the job done the first time.

We even tried using BBB to work out a compromise and they made no effort. What a waste of time. We will never call them again.

While I was deployed to Qatar, my wife called Olsen plumbing to fix a sewage smell in our basement. They came out, ran a snake, did something called a smoke test, charged us $446.50, and the sewage smell is still there. Bottom line, they charged us over $400 to fix nothing.

Fast service, good prices, quality work! Would use again!

We had a terrible experience with Team Plumbing and would not recommend them to anyone. Curtis came out to give us a quote, which was very reasonably priced to rough plum the basement for a bathroom. We scheduled him at his earliest convenience, which was 7 weeks out. He called on the morning he was supposed to show up to say that something else out of his hands came up and that he would not be able to make it. We rescheduled for a day later that week, and again he cancelled. After waiting an hour on the third day he was scheduled to do the work and didn't show up, I called his cell. His voicemail message said he was not working that day...the day he was supposed to be at our house! I immediately called the main number for Team Plumbing and Brandon apologized and said that they would get another plumber to come out to our house that day. A few hours later, a new plumber showed up, did a walk through for a materials list, and left to go purchase the necessary items. Two hours later, Brandon from Team Plumbing called back to say that the plumber who was at our house that morning quit his job! When I asked who was going to finish our basement and when, Brandon said that they didn't have anyone available to do the work and that we should find another company. Ugh! After waiting a few days to cool down, I was able to speak with Tom the owner of Team Plumbing. Unfortunately, he told me the same story! Curtis who gave us the quote was basically unqualified to do the rough in for the bathroom and that they didn't have anyone else available. Tom did agree to compensate us with the tub that had already been delivered to our house for the hassle and the fact that we were now almost 2 months behind our timeline. Save yourself a headache and find another plumber!

The service was quick and impeccable. Enrique was wonderful and we were so pleased to have the issue resolved quickly and cleanly.

Walter showed up this morning and did an great job replacing our shower plumbing. Fast, professional and wearing a mask!

Sam was excellent! The company gave advance notice of his arrival; Sam explained everything he was doing, and was very professional. I highly recommend Comfort By Design!

I highly recommend this business. The service was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike other services, they were willing to provide a quote up front. Had the drains flowing in no time!

David K. Was out and did a disconnect and reconnect after counters were installed. He was on time, explained everything he did and cleaned up after the job! Would have him out anytime!! Great job!

I wish I could still recommend this family plumbing business. They were friendly and reasonable when they installed my water conditioner.

But the professionalism ended there. I've tried to call Father Daughter (and contact them through their website) to get other plumbing work done, but they seem to have disappeared off the face of the Earth. Tonight the water conditioner they installed has sprung a leak where they attached it to our water line. I tried to call them again... and their voicemail box is FULL.

Folks, something happened here. Either they went out of business or decided to take a long vacation (without updating their voicemail or website). Incredibly unprofessional.

Now I'm scrambling trying to get someone to my house to clean up their mess.

They called to cancel my appointment (which I had made a month ago) 15 minutes into the appointment window saying they had a bunch of emergencies... fine I understand... EXCEPT this isn't the first time they've done this to me. It happened for another time for maintenance services this spring. This time though, the next available appointment was MORE THAN 1 MONTH LATER. That's what I take issue with.You CAN'T rely on this company to keep their appointments, and if you can't trust them with one thing (showing up when they say they will) you can't trust them with anything. Look elsewhere

Great people! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Best experience working with a solar company no gimmicks straight forward and worked with us to get a system that was right for us! Definitely recommend using them.
