Nick made it feel like I was having a friendly family member come work with me on diagnosing my UNIT. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sadly, my AC unit is dead and gone, but they had a great deal for me with included maintenance. I will be calling Nick and ONLY Nick to service my UNIT from now on. Thanks Nick!

I had 3 appointments schedule with Around the Clock. The first I had to cancel because they were an hour past the 2 hour appointment window and it was going on 7pm. The second appointment the technician actually made it within the allotted appointment window, but left my sink leaking with very little explanation except for your faucet needs to be replaced. On my third and final appointment I received a call that Owen was running late and they would call when he was on his way. 2 hours after my scheduled 2 hour appointment window I called and cancelled my appointment and refused to work with Around the Clock. I was also offered a 5% discount on my first call but that was never honored.

I had high expectations for this company and was highly disappointed. I understand emergencies happen, but I chose the first appointment of the day for a reason. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning to Around the Clock.

Great company, I had called 3 other plumbers and found they had some of the best pricing around. Plus they were able to get to my house and fix my leak quickly. The entire staff from the person scheduling to the plumber Tracy were responsive and great to work with.
