Best Heating Repair in Colorado Springs CO

Affordable Plumbing may do good work, but we were never given a chance to know whether or not they do. We had a potential water heater problem that we called them about on Monday (3/22). They sent a guy out that afternoon (for an after-hours fee of over $200..... and as we discovered after hiring one of their competitors, that’s almost twice as much), and by Tuesday afternoon (3/23), they were demanding payment and threatening collections. I had no issue paying them, but I did request that they at least verify who they were (identity theft!) and that they provide a diagnosis from the inspection before I did. Instead, we got multiple threats about non-payment and were treated with complete hostility. Who wants to work with someone who threatens you before you’ve even hired them? There are a lot of options and a lot of great companies, but this is not one of them. Please stay clear.

Mikal and Dustin came out right away on a Sunday, took no time finding that our back up was a clog in the downstairs sink, made sure we were comfortable with the price before proceeding. They were very professional and informative and polite. I will definitely be using them again if need be, which as a homeowner we know is very possible! Thanks guys for such a quick service! From start to finish, the folks from One Source were incredibly kind, professional, and courteous. They consistently went above and beyond before, during, and after the work was done at my house (HVAC upgrade and crawl space encapsulation). Anthony bent over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of with the cost and timing of the work, that I understood what was going to be done and what needed to be done, while also ensuring that we would also be taken care of with an extended warranty through One Source. Adam took great care to make sure that the HVAC work was done quickly and correctly (while also fixing some mistakes the previous installation company had done), and Toby & Marcos knocked it out of the park with the crawl space encapsulation in an incredibly quick manner, which was no easy task as they had to disassemble and remove the old furnace that the previous home owner had so kindly left behind. Everyone I met who came to work on my home was early to the job and I had peace of mind leaving them to work in my house by themselves while I had to run some errands.
