Technicians were on time, responsive, and professional. They installed two porch lights and are giving me quotes for two other projects. The reason for four stars rather than five is because this company is on the pricey side. Not sure I will use them for the other two projects. I intend to compare prices with other companies before making my decision.

I am a maintenance technician at Whispering Hills apartments, we had a backup in a 2-inch line and I couldn't get past the 90 with my snake. James installed a new water heater on a Sunday. I purchased it in a hurry on a Sunday since I noticed the water heater leaking the day before. I had to get it done on a Sunday because I was away during the week and will be away for the future week. We are happy to have it done quickly and professionally. James tested the water pressure and found our PRV is too high and not adjustable anymore. So I replace this on my own same day with the knowledge that it was also creating problems with the water heater and additional plumbing in the house. Thanks Western Peak plumbing.

Ed, Ann, and Always Plumbing are my go to for any water related issues that I might have. The first time I worked with Ed, he installed a new water line and outdoor spigot. Ed worked with me to determine the most efficient and cost effective approach to get the job done right. I recently called Always Plumbing concerning an issue I was having after installing replacement parts in my shower system. Over the phone, and at no cost to me, Ed was able to give me the solution to problem and I completed the work myself within two minutes, after all, I created it!

The bottom line is that Always Plumbing genuinely loves helping people. The work will be done, done right, and at a price that will not break the bank. They are my plumbing recommendation when anybody asks if I know a guy.

After recent issues, we had drywall repair done by Larry. What a professional! The repairs were scarcely detectable. Not only that, the nicest, most considerate workman I have ever had in my home.

Very professional, extremely clean. The guys installing even went the extra mile and dug out a dead bush and leveled a spot that was best for the new air conditioner. They were very courteous and quiet and almost un-noticeable as they worked. I greatly appreciated their professionalism

I called today to ask if they ran gas lines, and after having to explain what gas line I needed ran and pretty much how to do it, he proceeded to say, Yeah, we are going to pass on that one. Bye and then hung up.
Not a very polite way to run a business. Could have easily just stated that they dont run gas lines.

I have been using Jazy Frei plumbing for years and have never had a problem until today. We have a huge backup in our house and the best they could do was get someone out here tomorrow. We can't turn on any water backup again. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with them and now we can't even get them to come out. VERY FRUSTRATING!!

When ever we have work done at our house it is by referral only. Unfortunately, a hot water heater decided to burst on a holiday weekend and we couldn't get hold of our plumber. We went to Home Depot to buy a water heater and the sales lady said she could get the water heater installed that day. Against our better judgement, we decided to go ahead with the installer from Home Depot.

Our installer was Andrew Coleman. He did a first rate install and the work area was cleaner when he left than when he started. Not only was his work outstanding but his knowledge is impressive and his professionalism is the best I've experienced from the plumbing industry. I highly recommend Andrew Coleman for all your plumbing needs.
