I highly recommend Powers Plumbing! I have used them several times for various plumbing issues and have always been pleased. Jeff has been professional, honest and has always explained what the problem was and given me repair options before starting work. He is responsive when I call him and can usually get me into his schedule pretty quickly. He is my go to plumber!

UPDATED Review: Unfortunately, after getting 2 other opinions from different HVAC companies in the Springs, the problems that One Source found with our HVAC system that were causing serious safety issues in our home, actually turned out to be non-existent. One Source wanted us to pay $14K for a new system (time-sensitive according to them), and according to TWO other HVAC companies, that is absolutely not necessary. I sincerely hope that this was just an error in diagnostics on their part, but I know I will never use them again. I could go into detail with what we were told, but the bottom line is there are far more trustworthy HVAC companies out there.

Ed was awesome. He quickly diagnosed a tile cracked grout issue that was causing a leak. He then very quickly installed a water line to my refrigerator. Very professional, on time and thorough.

I have never had an issue with Smith Plumbing and Heating and we’ve had to use them A LOT for our house. At one point, the old cast iron plumbing pipes under my house crumbled and collapsed, so they had to take a jackhammer to my basement to remove and replace the pipes. Smiths technicians were nothing but hard working and professional and the work was done in a timely manner and they put my basement back together like they were never even there. Recently my indoor AC was leaking and the technician was able to fix it and recommended an upgrade to the drainage (which we got) and he was also timely, professional, and courteous. We will, without a doubt, continue to use Smith Plumbing and Heating for all our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Lucas and team is very professional. They are polite and with great respect to us home owner and property. They did extra hours of work just to finish the job without hesitation. There are better, cheaper, and more reliable help out there... We wanted to get our AC up and running before the heat came. They came out and got the job done. The tech bypassed a safety switch to make sure it was functional. It was and he refilled my R22. Apparently he did not make sure the unit worked after he refilled my unit and unhooked everything. We came home with a 2 day old baby to turn on our AC and it did not work. I tried to get a hold of Olson and they responded a couple times via email but would never answer any questions I had. being around over 100 years and the good things I have heard around my office, I am very disappointed in how Olson handled everything after I paid them over $600.

Curtis did an awesome job fixing another plumbers cob job. He installed a new valve for my master bathroom that was leaking tremendously. I would recommend and use Team Plumbing’s service again!

Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔

Called ahead. Showed on time. Contacted the OEM to get warranty coverage. Explained the other issues he found.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Mike the repairman was efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job. There were some scheduling issues, but they fixed it. Both times I've interacted with this company they were straight forward and honest about the cost of the repair, what the issues were and things to look out for in the future. I would use them again.

I have a 20 year old heated flooring system that suddenly stopped working this winter. Bob diagnosed the issues and made the repairs at convenient times for my schedule. My floors are heating nicely once again!
