Mark is amazing!!! He has done work for me twice now and he was willing to work out a payment plan with me when I was struggling. He's so humble and such a people person. I don't think I've appreciated a person so much. He really goes above and beyond for his customers.

I was charged way too much for the services provided. When I asked for details, And said I felt I was double charged, I was told by the manager that he was going to talk to the plumber that came out. There was nothing. When I reached out again, he said he was going to look into. Nothing. I kept reaching out, trying to get answers, and there was no resolve. I gave plenty of opportunities for the matter to be addressed, and I was strung along, making me believe there was going to be some resolve.Being a Realtor, I am constantly in need of plumbers, and have used many different companies. I will not call Affordable Plumbing again! They are anything but Affordable! Don’t waste your money here.

Leo's had scoped our sewer line as part of our home inspection years ago, so we decided to use them to clean out our sewerline roots.
They showed up on time, and did a great job cleaning out the roots and cleaning up after themselves.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

Olson was contracted to install a new Air Conditioning unit. I started the process on June 8th but the A/C wasn't functional until August 25. I've had numerous visits I can count on both hands how many visits to correct all the installation problems. The new a/c unit wasn't secured to the foundation more importantly the condenser outside was frosted with a snow ball indicating all that cold air was trapped outside in 80 plus degrees . Not to mention the technicians soiled the carpet with their work boots as they were in and out of the home. On the very last visit they didn't even bother to notify that the work was completed and were leaving and left my home unsecured with an unlocked door. They say never say never but for the amount of money Olson was compensated in the future Id exhaust any other HVAC competitor before using Olson but with the warranty they are necessary and likely would be put to good use given so many issues with the installation not to mention summer is practically over so money was spent with no use for the unit as we move into fall and winter. Whats unfortunate on several visits they were training and I can imagine as a new hire its not a good feeling learning the improper way of installation and then coming back out to correct that installation job. All around just a very poor experience I wouldn't wish on anyone especially in a heat wave.
