Having a burst pipe was so stressful, but they made it painless to get us back running. Their services were fast, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend!

The tech called when he was on his way. He looked at everything before going over our options. He quoted repairing our system and then offered to put together a quote for a new system. Our system is over 20 years old so needed replaced. Jesse put together 4 options and showed me how to view the details of each. He then left the house so that we could discuss our options freely. Once we made a choice we called him back in. Jesse was able to get a install appointment within the week. He also reached out and got a portable cooler for us to use while we wait for install. So far I am pleased with my decision and will leave an update after the install.

Can’t keep appointment times and do not value anyones time. It has been almost 3 weeks since I asked for a quote. First guy to come out could give me a quote without the electrician’s estimate. 2 weeks pass and I call asking for the quote only to get told the electrician still needed to come. Electrician scheduled to come out yesterday at 0800. 0840 no call, no show so I call the office only to be told they had a meeting in the shop that ran long and he would be leaving soon but still take over 30 mins. I am not retired and can’t continue to take off work for an estimate but that seems to be lost on the company as you are only their time! Poor communication! Guess it is time to go with a different company.

The customer service representative, Brianna, was very helpful in setting up my appointment to have a technician come out. She was also very professional and timely in the phone call. Marc, the technician, was on time, professional, and made the experience using wirenut easy and not a hassle. I will definitely be using The Wirenut for all my home needs from now on. Dennis did a fantastic job! He let my husband and I  look at the camera screen to see what he was seeing and what needed to be done to clean the sewer drain. We were thrilled to hear it was only going to be less $. We are quoted from another competitor that we needed to have the sewer line excavated due to a pipe burst and quoted $6,900. Dennis assured us that was not the case at all. I am so glad we were recommended to call you. Dennis was very nice, easy to talk, very professional and HONEST!!!
