Best Emergency Electrical Service in Colorado Springs CO

I had a valve that was leaking and needed replaced. The valve was easy to get to and shutting off the water to the house was no problem. If I had the tools I would've done it myself. The tech was nice and communication was good but I paid 638$ to replace one valve. The tech was there less than an hour. When I got the invoice I was charged for 4 feet of pipe. No new pipe was installed. The valve cost 25$ at lowes. So labor cost was 600 for approx 1 hour? I've worked in the trades before that was not a 600$ job. I feel like I was taken to the cleaners. I was charged for bleeding the water lines for 1 hour he wasn't even there for hour and that consisted of turning on the tub to let the water run out. If you are looking for someone affordable keep looking. I couldn't believe it!

ONE SOURCE OF PAIN. I called for a valve to be replaced on my toilet. They came out did an inspection and offered$7500 to give me a water filtration system. I declined. That same day my sewage line broke. Coincidence? The plumber came out to fix the sewage charging me an additional$500. A day went by and I realized the original issue I called for had not been fixed. AFTER TWO MONTHS OF CALLING AND SCHEDULING THE ORIGINAL ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED. Don't go to this company for work. They will up sell you on things you don't need and leave you high and dry. Lost a customer.

I could only give four stars because I was schedule for an appointment yesterday but no one showed and never received a call. However, once I called them before closing they said they’d send someone out the next morning. Ryan came out and fixed my floor drain issue quick and took a moment to explain the issue. The receptionist Marcy was very helpful as well.

We had our very ancient furnace replaced today. Smith was very thorough, pleasant, and clean. From Rudy, who initially came to inspect our old furnace and who set us up to replace it, to John and Elon (who expertly installed it and performed all updates needed) and Ivan and Sofia who cleaned all the air ducts. Everyone was knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and efficient. We will definitely continue to do business with Smith Plumbing and Heating. Thank you for running an upstanding local business!

I contacted Comfort by Design to add ductwork above my microwave to vent outside, add a gas line for a range, and a water line for a pot filler. The guys knew I had just gone through not 1 but 2 other contractors that really did a terrible job on a VERY simple project, that directly impacted the work Comfort by Design needed to complete. I explained that I was feeling apprehensive about having any additional work done because of my prior experiences. Their team assured me they could fix the damage that was done and complete their own work as well…..I just needed to trust them. I put my faith in Kevin, Joe, and the rest of their team and they made it happen! I am so overjoyed with the work they did, that I keep looking around my house to see what else they can come and fix! This is a fantastic company. From the office staff to the technicians, very professional, affordable, and the quality of their work is AWSOME! They answered every single question I had no matter how ridiculous. They made me laugh and they put me at ease as they drilled holes all over my house!  I really thank them for being so understanding and helpful! I will be calling them for any additional work I need done!

Darren and Elliot were highly efficient, professional and friendly. They got the job done quickly and kept us informed as to what they were doing. My highest praise for both of them.

The plumber was here on time, was very pleasant, and explained to me what needs to be done. Superb service! I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Price was $75 higher than quoted over the phone. They left my garage a mess. I paid for camera inspection which they did before the auger, but they did not inspect the line again AFTER the auger. Is it just me or should camera inspection be done before AND after the auger...to make sure the line has been cleared effectively? They were also in a hurry the entire time, and not on my account. I got the feeling that if they had more time, they would have inspected the line after the auger but their timeline took presidence over performing a quality job.

BUT, they do know what they are doing and my drainage problem is fixed...for now. I do however question the longevity of the fix. I sure wish I could verify the effectiveness of the fix with the camera(which I paid for). Oh well, I'll try someone else out next time.

Worst company ever !! They will charge you then make excuses why they can’t complete the job without more $$ never hire these scammers!! If you hire you will regret it!!! If they give you a warranty you can use it for TP that’s only thing it’s worth !! They stand behind nothing!!!
