Best Drain Repair in Colorado Springs CO

Mark was prompt at responding to my call when it was late at night when we had some water leaking from our spare bathroom. He made sure everything was taken care of, and made sure there were no more issues before he left. Would recommend Mark to everyone.

I called in for diagnosis of a malfunctioning water heater. Tech said WH needed replacement and electric panel needed replacement. Electrical tech did simple maintenance on panel and WH began working. WH was lukewarm 24hours later. WH replaced. New WH was lukewarm the next day Plumber said to service breaker for WH. Electrician serviced breaker then WH worked normally. Permit for WH not pulled with regional until company asked for full payment. I refused second half of payment until permit and inspection. Permit was not pulled until approximately 3 weeks after install. I began getting harassing phone calls and messages threatening to ‘escalate’ the matter if I do not pay for both the breaker and the water heater. I sent proof that the permit was not pulled, then magically they pulled the permit and called for inspection. I want to maintain a good working relationship with this business, but they are making it incredibly difficult for me to trust them to perform the work for which they are licensed.

Eric came out to do sewer line Insp on 1/6/20 with Evolution Plumbing Svcs. He is very prompt , Courteous & did exceptional job with camera & also ran snake thru line to breakup the scale buildup. Suggested by my Plumber to have lines jetted. Called office when they left to setup Jet Clean. Office said they’d call on 7th Btwn 12&2 to let Me know when Tech will be here, no call or Tech. I Called in AM on 8th. Same story. Called in AM on 9th, hard to believe, Same Story. Now it’s 3:pm and still nothing. I’ve waited for 3 days now to have this completed. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED with the office personnel and their handling of your customer service. Actually I’m not happy with even a 1-star. Should be a 0-star.

I first had Jeff come to my Business just over 33 years ago, I have used them ever since, from plugged sewer to diging up basement floor and replacing rusted out pipes. always done quickly and at a fair price.Jeff retired but his son Mike and other family members continue to operate a first class business. Give then a try, you will be glad you did

Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

Very unreliable. Paid the one time membership to covered multi years. Based on the below hassle, I request to to cancel n refund with prorate. And their response is FLAT NO. And yet, they spend all the time justifying why they miss the appt. They even try to blame on me for them missing their own appt. Will file BBB for investigation.Company cancel and rescheduled the appt without my approval twice. Called them on the 2nd appt 3times and they indicated the following:1. On their way and ETA 50min2. Tech has not been dispatched3. Tech was at door n left.Note: never ring the doorbellNote: person on phone spend all their time on defensive mode and argue. Last statement was becuz too cold today.

They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

My kitchen sink basins were backed up with dirty and smelly water due to a suspected blockage somewhere downstream. We were desperate to get back on line with dish washing and food preparation tasks. The assigned Happy Plumber technician (Erik) came to the rescue. Erik's troubleshooting skills were evident, incrementally tracing down potential areas for blockage. His analytical capabilities, the right equipment, and persistence paid off, in retrospect, with a very problematic blockage and difficult access to concealed piping and only one Cleanout port. We are delighted with the results and the outstanding work performed by the Happy Plumber Co. I give them a '10' out of 10 rating.
